Description
Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 26.02.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 29.04.1974 70293 KI. 39b3,13/36 MKP C08d 13/36 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Patentowego Pols-..e| ta---•¦¦• ¦- » . i Twórcywynalazku: Tadeusz Rakowski, Zdzislaw Czapski Stefan Skupinski, Ryszard Zapolski Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Biuro Projektów Konstrukcji i Technologii Obrabiarek i Narzedzi „Koprotech", Warszawa (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania tarcz sciernych o spoiwie gumowym Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania tarcz sciernych o spoiwie gumowym. Zastosowanie, jako koagulatora tlenku cynku w miejsce dotychczas stosowanych kwa¬ sów i alkoholi upraszcza i czyni zupelnie bezpieczny i higieniczny proces wytwarzania sciernic o spoiwie gumowym.Receptura przykladowa: aglomerowany lateksbutadienowo-styrenowy 100 czesci wagowych siarka 30 czesci wagowych ZnO 10 czesci wagowych MgO 20 czesci wagowych zywicarezolowa 20 czesci wagowych elektrokorundszlachetny 400 czesci wagowych Wodna emulsje aglomerowanego lateksu kauczukowego i ziarno scierne miesza sie w mieszarce zebatej w czasie okolo 5 minut, po czym dodaje sie do mieszarki pozostale skladniki zmielone uprzednio na mlynie kulowym w czasie okolo 15 minut i przeciera sie przez sito o wymiarze oczek 1X1 mm, mieszajac dalej calosc masy w okresie 5 minut. Tak uzyskana mase scierna prasuje sie znanymi sposobami do wymaganej gestosci.2 70293 PL PLPriority: Application announced: February 26, 1973 Patent description was published: April 29, 1974 70293 KI. 39b3,13 / 36 MKP C08d 13/36 READING ROOM of the Pols Patent Office - .. e | ta --- • ¦¦ • ¦- ». and Creators of the invention: Tadeusz Rakowski, Zdzislaw Czapski, Stefan Skupinski, Ryszard Zapolski Authorized by the provisional patent: Design and Technology Office of Machine Tools and Tools "Koprotech", Warsaw (Poland) Manufacturing method of abrasive discs with a binder The subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing abrasive discs with a binder There are known and applied methods of producing abrasive disks with a rubber bond, consisting in plasticizing the rubber between steel rollers, introducing sulfur, vulcanization accelerators, fillers and abrasive grain, and then cutting out grinding wheels from the obtained sheets and vulcanizing them. It is also known from patent 47809. a method consisting in the fact that the liquid low molecular weight polymer of butadiene or its derivatives or other pre-polymerized liquid artificial rubber is mixed with the binder component and abrasive grain in conventional mixers and the obtained wet mass is pressed into the grinding wheels, then vulcanized The invention relates to the production of abrasive compositions of aqueous emulsions of agglomerated rubber lattices, with the simultaneous introduction of metal oxides, preferably zinc oxide, in the final mixing phase. The use of water emulsions of agglomerated rubber latexes results in the fact that the masses thus produced are characterized by a very low viscosity, which greatly facilitates the production of grinding wheels. At the same time, premature coagulation of the latex is prevented, which results in a completely homogeneous abrasive mass. This has a decisive impact on the simplification of the grinding wheels manufacturing technology and their operational parameters. The use of zinc oxide as a coagulator in place of the previously used acids and alcohols simplifies and makes the production of rubber-bonded grinding wheels completely safe and hygienic. Example recipe: agglomerated styrene-butadiene latex 100 parts by weight sulfur 30 parts by weight of ZnO 10 parts by weight of MgO 20 parts by weight resin resin 20 parts by weight electrocorundum 400 parts by weight An aqueous emulsion of agglomerated rubber latex and the abrasive grain are mixed in a rack mixer for about 5 minutes, then the remaining ingredients, previously ground on a ball mill for about 15 minutes, are added to the mixer and rubbed for about 15 minutes. sieve with a mesh size of 1X1 mm, while further mixing all the mass for 5 minutes. The abrasive mass obtained in this way is pressed by known methods to the required density. 2 70293 PL EN
