Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt stosowana do sterowania bateriami i zaworami sanitarnymi. Uchwyt przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania. Znane sa uchwyty do baterii i zaworów sanitarnych, majace ramiona o róznych ksztaltach i dowolnej ilosci. Sa tez uchwyty które nie posiadaja ramion np. okragle lub w postaci wielokata. Nie sa znane uchwyty o podobnej formie lub zblizonej do formy zewnetrznej uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Zatem uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Uchwyt ma postac plaskownika, podzielonego w górnej czesci uchwytu, od miejsca podzialu wyginanego lekkimi lukami w przeciwnych kierunkach. W dolnej czesci uchwyt ma zaznaczona linie podzialuW odmianie pierwszej uchwyt posadowiony jest na plaskim postumencie. W odmianie drugiej uchwyt nie posiada postumentu. The handle exhibits novelty and originality in its new design. Handles for faucets and sanitary valves are known, with arms of various shapes and any number. There are also handles without arms, for example, round or polygonal. No handles are known with a similar form or one that closely resembles the external form of the handle according to the industrial design. Therefore, the handle according to the industrial design represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The handle is in the form of a flat bar, divided at the top, from the point of division, by slight arcs in opposite directions. The lower part of the handle has a marked dividing line. In the first variant, the handle is placed on a flat pedestal. In the second variant, the handle has no pedestal. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in the first variant, and Fig. 2 shows the handle in the second variant. Essential features of the industrial design The handle shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: 1. The handle has the form of a flat bar - in the lower part of the control handle, in the middle, a dividing line is marked; - the upper part of the control handle is divided; - the divided, upper part of the control handle is bent in the opposite direction: - the handle is located on a flat pedestal. 2.
