Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest ukryta ościeżnica bezprogowa do drzwi otwieranych do wewnątrz pomieszczenia (ościeżnica wewnętrzna), przeznaczona do stosowania w budownictwie mieszkaniowym i użyteczności publicznej. Ościeżnica zawiera dwa stojaki oraz opcjonalnie nadproże, wykonane z kształtownika ościeżnicowego w postaci listwy profilowanej o profilu zamkniętym, przypominającym w przekroju poprzecznym kształt prostopadłościennej rury, której wnętrze stanowi zamkniętą komorę (1) ościeżnicy ograniczoną z jednej strony płaską ścianką montażową (2), z drugiej strony płaską ścianką wrębu (3) posiadającą od wewnątrz występ technologiczny (4), a po bokach ograniczoną z jednej strony płaską ścianką przylgową (5) wyposażoną od wewnątrz w pierwsze gniazdo montażowe (6), z drugiej zaś strony profilowaną ścianką (7) wyposażoną od wewnątrz w drugie gniazdo montażowe (9), ponadto w miejscu łączenia ścianki profilowanej (7) ze ścianką wrębu (3) wykonany jest trójkątny wypust (10), a w miejscu łączenia ścianki przylgowej (5) ze ścianką wrębu (3) wykonana jest przylga (11) ościeżnicy, stanowiąca wypust przypominający kształtem literę T, która od strony wewnętrznej zawiera gniazdo (12) uszczelki. Ościeżnica przeznaczona jest do montażu w ścianach murowanych, betonowych lub lekkich szkieletowych z okładzinami z płyt gipsowo-kartonowych lub podobnych.The subject of the utility model is a hidden, non-threshold door frame for doors opening inwards (internal frame), intended for use in housing and public utility buildings. The casing includes two stands and, optionally, a lintel, made of a casing section in the form of a profiled strip with a closed profile, resembling a cross-sectional shape of a rectangular tube, the interior of which is a closed chamber (1) of the casing, limited on one side by a flat assembly wall (2), on the other on the sides by a flat rebate wall (3) with a technological projection (4) on the inside, and on the sides limited on one side by a flat rebate wall (5) equipped from the inside with the first mounting socket (6), on the other side with a profiled wall (7) equipped with from the inside into the second mounting seat (9), moreover, at the point of joining the profiled wall (7) with the rebate wall (3), a triangular tongue (10) is made, and at the point of joining the rebate wall (5) with the rebate wall (3), a rebate is made (11) of the frame, constituting a T-shaped projection, which includes the seal seat (12) on the inside. The door frame is designed for installation in masonry, concrete or light frame walls with plasterboard or similar cladding.
