Description
Posiada to kilka zalet, miedzy in¬ nymi te, ze sjlnik i konstrukcja pompy moga byc znacznie uproszczone. Jednakze, napotykane sa trudnosci w zapobieganiu halasowi. Niektóre z nich io moga byc pokonane przez zawieszenie zespolu pompy i silnika w czlonach tlumiacych drgania, wykonanych w odpowiedni sposób. PL PLThe present invention relates to a pump unit comprising a pump and a motor which are submerged below the level of the fluid in a fluid reservoir. In hydraulic installations, it is used to locate the main feed pump with its driving motor in a reservoir of hydraulic fluid. This has several advantages, inter alia, that the cartridge and the structure of the pump can be greatly simplified. However, difficulties in preventing noise are encountered. Some of them can be overcome by suspending the pump-motor unit in vibration-damping members made in a suitable way. However, vibrations from the pump may still be transmitted through the fluid to the walls of the reservoir and result in disturbing noise. The object of the invention is to increase the noise damping of such an aggregate. This objective was achieved by the fact that the motor assembly the pump is at least partially surrounded by a shield placed in the reservoir allowing the fluid to circulate freely, the shield being made at least partially of a sound-absorbing material. The casing contains two or more parts made in the shape of boxes 25 and arranged in an inverted position so that one partially surrounds the other with sufficient space between the walls of these boxes for the free circulation of the fluid. The oil tank 1 has a cover Z. The pump S with the driving motor 4 'is positioned so that both the pump and the motor are below the normal fluid level 5. In the example shown, the pump and the motor are suspended by ropes 6 on rubber shock absorbers 7. On the cover there is a valve 8 which connects to the pump inlet via a conduit a. A return conduit 10 passes from the valve to the tank water. In addition, other lines (not shown) leave the valve for connection to other parts of the hydraulic system which are responsible for guiding the hydraulic fluid. According to the present invention, a protective cover 11 has been inserted to cover the pump S and the motor 4. in the embodiment shown, an open box is constructed facing downward. This box may be made of a metal sheet covered with a rubber or other sound-absorbing material. It is held by fastening elements (not shown) so that its lower edge is a short distance from the bottom of the tank, so that oil from the space outside the box can enter the space inside the box. The box has appropriate openings through which the above-mentioned cables and lines pass. 69 74569 745 The shape of the casing does not matter as long as it only surrounds the pump-motor assembly, preferably both from the bottom and from the sides. To further increase the noise reduction, it is possible to use a similar box surrounding the pump-motor assembly from the bottom. that is, placed with the opening facing up. This lesion should be slightly larger or slightly smaller than the box shown, and should be positioned so that it is partially enclosed or partially encloses the shown box with adequate space between them to allow the fluid to circulate freely.
