Abstract
The subject of the utility model is the loading system of a rotary waste incinerator, which includes a hopper (1) and a combustion chamber gate valve (4) located at its outlet. The loading system is characterized by the fact that the feed hopper (1) has a feed hopper slide (2) placed in front of the combustion chamber slide (4), which together with the combustion chamber slide (4) forms a lock (3). The lock (3) eliminates the inflow of so-called "false air" when transporting the load with waste from the lock (3) to the combustion chamber.
Description
Description of the model The subject of the utility model is the loading system of the rotary waste incinerator. The known rotary incinerator loading system consists of a hopper and a combustion chamber shutter located at its outlet. Waste is poured through the hopper and it freely moves to the outlet of the hopper ended with a combustion chamber shutter. When the hopper is loaded with waste, the combustion chamber gate opens so that the load can move further into the combustion chamber for thermal disposal. When opening the combustion chamber gate valve, the inflow of so-called "false air" increases the temperature in the combustion chamber and causes difficulties in maintaining the required technological parameters and uncontrolled waste combustion. The essence of the solution according to the utility model consists in the fact that the hopper in front of the combustion chamber damper has a charging hopper damper, which together with the combustion chamber damper forms a lock. An advantage of the utility model rotary incinerator charging system is that by adding a charging hopper latch a lock is formed which eliminates the inflow of so-called "fake air" during the transport of the airlock waste cargo to the combustion chamber. Therefore, the waste incineration process can take place at the desired temperature in the range from 650 ° C to 800 ° C, which ensures that the required technological parameters are maintained. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing which shows the rotary incinerator loading system in a longitudinal section along the axis of the combustion chamber. The loading system of the rotary waste incinerator according to the utility model consists of a charging hopper X, a charging hopper shutter 2 and a combustion chamber shutter 4. The charging hopper shutter 2 together with the combustion chamber shutter 4 forms a lock 3. After loading the waste 6 into the charging hopper 1. it is opened hopper bolt 2, the load under the influence of its own weight moves freely to the lock 3, closing behind it the hopper bolt 2. Then the combustion chamber bolt 4 opens, which allows for further transport of the load to the combustion chamber 5. After placing the waste 6 in the chamber During combustion 5, the combustion chamber damper 4 is closed for thermal utilization. The use of the sluice 3 allows to maintain the required technological parameters and maintain the desired temperature in the range from 650 ° C to 800 ° C.
