The object of the utility model is a floor panel used in construction for laying floors, especially floors on terraces, balconies, garden landings and other similar surfaces.

WPC panels (Wood Plastics Composites) are widely known and widely used for laying floors on terraces, balconies, landings. They have the form of an elongated monolithic board, which has a chamber structure in cross-section, and on the longer, narrower sides, it is provided with longitudinal grooves for embedding elements enabling mutual joining of panels with each other and fixing them to the ground. The upper and lower facing surfaces of these panels are smooth or profiled, or one of them is smooth and the other is profiled. Such a panel is known, inter alia, from the description of the utility model CN202672644. It is made of an upper wall and a lower wall situated parallel to it, having profiled outer surfaces connected by ribs dividing the space between the walls into through channels extending along the entire length of the panel. The panel is a monolith and is produced in the process of extrusion entirely from one type of polymer-wood granulate in one specific color.

The purpose of the utility model is to develop a panel structure that will enable the production of multi-color panels.

According to the pattern, the floor panel is an elongated element made of a polymer-wood composite, formed by an upper wall and a bottom wall arranged parallel to it, with smooth faces, connected by ribs dividing the space between the walls into through channels, extending along the entire length of the panel, which on the longer, narrower sides, it is equipped with grooves, characterized by the fact that on the smooth face surface of the upper wall and on the smooth face surface of the bottom wall of the elongated element made of a polymer-wood composite of one color, strips of polymer-wood composite of a second color are placed, connected with the surfaces facing walls inseparably. The strips are spaced apart and run parallel to the axis of the panel along its entire length.

The stripes on both faces of the panel are trapezoidal in cross-section.

The solution according to the formula allows for increasing the market offer in the field of floor panels. It increases the aesthetic value and creates new possibilities in the field of flooring on terraces, balconies and garden platforms. It enables the production of panels with a colored face surface from previously prepared polymer-wood granules in one technological process. Providing both sides with stripes allows you to use both sides of the panel as facing sides, which increases its usability, allowing to obtain two different surface patterns in different colors, using one type of element.

As shown in the drawing, the pattern panel has the shape of an elongated board and consists of a top wall 1 and a bottom wall 2. The top 1 and bottom 2 walls of the panel are spaced apart and parallel to each other. They are connected by a series of longitudinal ribs 3 which divide the space between the walls 1 and 2 into through channels 4 running longitudinally along the entire length of the panel. The facing surfaces of the upper wall 1 and the lower wall 2 are smooth. The walls 1 and 2, in the part protruding beyond the extreme longitudinal ribs 3, form rectangular grooves 5 on both sides of the panel, for mounting elements enabling the panels to be joined together. On the smooth face of the top wall 1 there are strips 6 with a trapezoidal cross-section, spaced at equal distances from each other and running parallel to the axis of the panel along its entire length, and on the smooth face of the bottom wall 2 there are second strips 7, also with a trapezoidal cross-section. and also equally spaced from each other and extending parallel to the axis of the panel along its entire length. The strips 6 and 7 are permanently connected to the facing surfaces of the walls 1 and 2 of the panel by a co-extrusion joint.

The pattern panel is made of polymer-wood WPC composite granules in two different colors. The top wall 1, the bottom wall 2 and the ribs 3 are made of granules of one color, and strips 6 and strips 7 of granules of a second color.

The panel can be manufactured in any size. It is obtained by cutting into sections of any length the chamber profile produced on extrusion lines.
