Description

Powoduje to zmniejszenie desorpcji gazów zawartych w cieczy do przepływającego powietrza. Umożliwia to równomierne rozmieszczenie pęcherzyków powietrza w całej objętości komory właściwej 2. Powoduje to. Description of the model The object of the utility model is the nozzle of the air inlet pipe in the desorber for sampling the gases dissolved in drilling fluids. A desorber for collecting gases dissolved in liquids, especially in drilling fluids, is known from the PL 210 274 patent, shown in Fig. 1 has a specific chamber 2 equipped with a side arm 3 and a side arm 4 closed from above, with there is an air inlet conduit 14, on the inlet 15 of which a flow meter 5 is mounted. The stub of the air inlet conduit 14 is not equipped with a nozzle, which causes that the flow of air bubbles in the liquid is not uniform throughout its volume. This reduces the desorption of gases contained in the liquid to the flowing air. The essence of the utility model is that it is equipped with a cylinder-shaped body with graded external and internal diameters, and a cylinder made of porous material is mounted on the internal projection of the body. Moreover, the lower part of the cylinder is glued to the surface of the internal projection of the body by epoxy glue 7. The advantage of the design of the nozzle according to the utility model is that it ensures proper circulation of the liquid through the desorber and that the ratio of the desorbed liquid and the desorbing gas in the liquid is spontaneously established. Thanks to the use of the utility model, a much greater recovery of gases dissolved in liquids, especially in drilling fluids, is ensured, thus obtaining more accurate information on the deposits sought. The object of the utility model is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a desorber in which the air inlet conduit is led in the proper chamber, Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the nozzle connected to the end of the air conduit, and Fig. 3 shows a section of the nozzle body. The nozzle of the air inlet conduit in the desorber according to the utility model as shown in Fig. 1, is detachably connected to the air inlet conduit 4 placed in the desorber 1 composed of the proper chamber 2 provided with a side arm 3. The nozzle is equipped with a body 5 shown in Fig. 2 having the shape of a cylinder with graduated external and internal diameters, with an internal thread formed in the lower part of the body 5. A cylinder 6 made of porous material is mounted on the internal projection of the body 5. The lower part of the roller 6 is glued to the surface of the internal projection of the body 5 by epoxy glue 7. The air stream 8 in the conduit 4 is sprayed through the porous material into a large number of small diameter air bubbles and as a result of a choking process with high kinetic energy. This allows for an even distribution of air bubbles throughout the volume of the specific chamber 2. This causes. that simultaneous desorption of gases contained in the liquid to the flowing air takes place in the chamber 2, and the resulting gas mixture after cleaning is directed to the analytical device.
