Description

Konstrukcję wkręta, według wzoru użytkowego wyróżnia od innych rozwiązań, dotychczas znanych zastosowanie stabilnej płaszczyzny natarcia ostrza elementu skrawającego, umożliwiającej stabilny i szybki montaż. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego został przedstawiony na załączonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawiono wkręt posiadający łeb z gniazdem w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 przedstawiono wkręt posiadający łeb sześciokątny w widoku z boku, zaś Fig. 3 zaprezentowano zbliżenie ostrza wkręta. Wkręt samowiercący, posiada łeb z gniazdem 6, przechodzący w nagwintowany trzpień 7, posiada ostrze 1 zaopatrzone w boczny uskok 2, oraz boczne wybranie 3 wyposażone w ukośną skrawającą płaszczyznę 4. Ostrze 1 posiada boczną krawędź skrawającą 5. Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a self-drilling screw used to connect two or more elements. Until now, various screw solutions have been known, the installation of which does not require pre-drilling. One of them are screws with a blade that smoothly turns into the thread. Self-drilling screws with a drill point are also known. The typical shape is a side cut blade with a truncated cutting plane. From the application description of the invention P.346400, a self-tapping screw is known, made of a heat-hardened aluminum alloy, which is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a pin equipped with a screw external thread and at one end with a conical end, cutting an internal thread and possibly drilling a hole. for internal thread. From the description of the invention EP1903224 under the title "Two-Piece Fixing Screw" a screw / screw is known which has a recess in the conical end of the worm screw and a recess that extends into the blade portion to form the recess. The recess is limited by a flat surface. The purpose of the solution is a self-drilling screw, which is used when joining two or more elements together without the need to pre-drill these elements or some of them. A self-drilling screw having a socket head or a hexagonal head, passing into a threaded shank, is characterized by a blade provided with a side step, and a side recess equipped with an oblique cutting plane. The blade has a side cutting edge. The construction of the screw, according to the utility model, distinguishes it from other solutions known so far by the use of a stable rake plane of the cutting element blade, enabling stable and quick assembly. The object of the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a screw having a socket head in side view, Fig. 2 shows a screw having a hexagonal head in side view, and Fig. 3 shows a close-up of the blade of the screw. A self-drilling screw, has a head with a socket 6, passing into a threaded pin 7, has a blade 1 provided with a side step 2, and a side recess 3 equipped with an oblique cutting plane 4. The blade 1 has a side cutting edge 5.
