Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, oryginalnym rysunku, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania herbaty o nazwie „IDYLLA" w widoku ogólnym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, original design, arrangement of lines and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing a general view of a tea packaging label called "IDYLLA". An important feature of the tea packaging label is the original arrangement of photographs of several pieces of fresh fruit of significantly and fancifully varied sizes. In the central part of the tea packaging label there is the original inscription "idylla", and slightly below there is the inscription "tea". Near the lower left corner of the tea packaging label, there is a word-graphic sign in the form of a stylized leaf with the inscriptions "Herbapol" and "Essence of Nature." In the first variant of the industrial design of the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of raspberries and the inscription "Malinowa" (Raspberry). In the second variant of the industrial design of the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of limes and the inscription "Lemonkowa" (Lemon). In the third variant of the industrial design of the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of grapefruits and the inscription "Grejpfrutowa" (Greyfruit). In the fourth variant of the industrial design for the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of cherries and the inscription "Wisniowa" (Cherry). In the fifth variant of the industrial design for the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of strawberries, vanilla flowers and the inscription "Strawberry with Vanilla." In the sixth variant of the industrial design for the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of wild strawberries and the inscription "Poziomkowa" (Wild Strawberry). In the seventh variant of the industrial design for the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of wild rose fruits and the inscription "z Dzikiej Róży" (Wild Rose). In the eighth variant of the industrial design for the tea packaging label, the arrangement of fresh fruit photographs consists of apples, currants, chokeberries and hibiscus flowers and the inscription "Multi-fruit."
