Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera stanowiaca skrzynke w postaci szescianu, której wysokosc jest wieksza niz szerokosc. Obudowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykorzystana do umieszczenia w niej równiez innego sprzetu elektronicznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt czolowej sciany obudowy komputera oraz rozmieszczenie na niej poszczególnych elementów funkcjonalnych oraz ozdobnych. Wzór przemyslowy moze byc odtworzony przez wykonanie korpusu obudowy wraz z konstrukcja wsporcza oraz dolaczenie do niej czolowej sciany komputera. Sciana czolowa ma ksztalt prostokata o dluzszych pionowych bokach. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie poszczególne figury obrazuja dalej wymienione widoki sciany przedniej obudowy komputera. Fig. 1 - widok od czola, fig. 2 - widok z prawej strony, fig. 3 - widok z lewej strony, fig. 4 - widok z góry, fig. 5 - widok z dolu. Zalaczono równiez rysunek dodatkowy na którym oznaczono odnosnikami cyfrowymi poszczególne elementy wzoru przemyslowego.Na scianie czolowej rozmieszczone sa, patrzac od góry opisane nizej elementy. Zdejmowalne pokrywy 1/5,6 kieszeni napedów plyt CD, które moga byc wyposazone w napedy i elementy ich sterowania. Czwarta kieszen, umieszczona pomiedzy poprzednimi kieszeniami, zawiera szufladke 2 z napedem plyt CD, ponizej której znajduje sie przycisk 3 oraz panelowy wskaznik swietlny 4. Dalej, ponizej wymienionych kieszeni, znajduje sie pozioma szczelina 7 stacji dyskietek, wraz ze zlokalizowanym pod nia przyciskiem f3 oraz punktowym wskaznikiem swietlnym 9. Szczelina 1_ stacji dyskietek ma znany rozszerzony fragment 10. Ponizej stacji dyskietek, w srodku szerokosci sciany czolowej, znajduje sie okragly przycisk glówny 11_ otoczony koncentrycznym pierscieniem 12, który stanowi jedynie element estetyczny. Ten pierscien 12^ ma pochyla krawedz zewnetrzna. Równiez przycisk glówny VI ma pochyla krawedz zewnetrzna. Po prawej stronie, ponizej tego przycisku 11 z pierscieniem 1_2 znajduja sie trzy elementy rozstawione wachlarzowato. Najnizej usytuowany jest przycisk 13 reset, nieco wyzej znajduje sie dioda 14 LED, oraz najwyzej sposród tych trzech elementów znajduje sie dioda 15 LED. Te wszystkie elementy 1_3,:L4,15 maja ksztalt punktowy i sa rozmieszczone wachlarzowato po prawej stronie ponizej pierscienia 12 i przycisku .11. Te trzy wymienione elementy 13,14,15 polaczone sa optycznie z pierscieniem przycisku glównego Y±, kazdy wlasnym ozdobnym rowkiem 16. Ponizej, u samego dolu sciany czolowej obudowy komputera znajduje sie prostokatna pokrywa 17 uniwersalnej magistrali szeregowej USB, wraz z galka 18 w dolnej czesci tej pokrywy 17.Sciana czolowa obudowy komputera, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, jest wysunieta do przodu i polaczona ukosnymi scianami 19^ z krawedziami bocznymi obudowy komputera. Na tych bocznych ukosnych powierzchniach 19 widoczne sa ozdobne odcinki Te odcinki 20 rozchodza sie promieniscie od centrum sciany czolowej obudowy komputera do pionowych krawedzi bocznych. W górnej i dolnej czesci sciany czolowej komputera, ta wysunieta czesc jest lagodnie zalamana w kierunku do krawedzi dolnej i górnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The housing, according to the industrial design, can also be used to house other electronic equipment. The essence of the industrial design is the shape of the front wall of the computer housing and the arrangement of individual functional and decorative elements on it. The industrial design can be reproduced by creating a housing body with a supporting structure and attaching the front wall of the computer to it. The front wall is rectangular in shape with longer vertical sides. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where the individual figures illustrate the following views of the front wall of the computer housing. Fig. 1 - front view, Fig. 2 - right side view, Fig. 3 - left side view, Fig. 4 - top view, Fig. 5 - bottom view. An additional drawing is also attached, indicating the individual elements of the industrial design with numerical references. The following elements are located on the front panel, viewed from above: Removable 1/5 and 6 CD drive bay covers, which may be equipped with drives and their controls. The fourth bay, located between the previous bays, contains a tray 2 with a CD drive, below which is button 3 and a panel indicator light 4. Further, below the aforementioned bays, there is a horizontal slot 7 for the floppy disk drive, with the f3 button located below it and a dotted light indicator 9. Floppy disk drive slot 1_ has the familiar extended section 10. Below the floppy disk drive, in the center of the front panel width, there is a round main button 11_ surrounded by a concentric ring 12, which is merely an aesthetic element. This ring 12^ has a sloping outer edge. The main button VI also has a sloping outer edge. On the right side, below this button 11 with ring 1_2, there are three elements arranged in a fan-like manner. The lowest-located reset button 13 is located, slightly higher is LED diode 14, and the highest of these three elements is LED diode 15. All these elements 1_3,:L4,15 have a point shape and are arranged in a fan-like manner on the right side below ring 12 and button .11. These three mentioned elements 13,14,15 are optically connected to the ring of the main button Y±, each with its own decorative groove 16. Below, at the very bottom of the front wall of the computer case, there is a rectangular cover 17 of the universal serial bus (USB), together with a knob 18 in the lower part of this cover 17. The front wall of the computer case, as shown in the attached drawings, is extended forward and connected by diagonal walls 19^ to the side edges of the computer case. Decorative sections 19 are visible on these lateral, diagonal surfaces. These sections 20 radiate from the center of the computer case's front panel to the vertical side edges. In the upper and lower portions of the computer's front panel, this protruding section gently curves toward the lower and upper edges. These are essential features of industrial design. The computer housing is characterized in that the floppy disk drive slot 7 with the button Q, the light point 9 and the enlarged part 1_0 of this slot is located below the slots _1,2,5,6, centrally on the front wall of the housing, and below the floppy disk drive, in the middle of the width of the front wall, there is a round main button 11 surrounded by a concentric ring 12, wherein this ring 12, like the mentioned main button, has a sloping outer edge, and on the right side, below this button with the ring 12, there is a reset button 13^, an LED diode, and an LED diode 15, and all these elements l_3, lj4, L5 have a point shape and are arranged in a fan-like manner, and these three mentioned elements 13, 14, 15 are optically connected with the button ring 1A, each with its own decorative groove 16, and at the very bottom of the front wall of the computer case there is a rectangular cover 1/7, together with a knob in the lower part of this cover 11_, wherein the front wall of the computer case is extended forward and connected by diagonal walls 19 to the side edges of the computer case, where on these side diagonal surfaces 1S) decorative sections 20 are visible and these sections 20 spread radially from the center of the front wall to the vertical side edges, and in the upper and lower parts of the front wall, this extended forward part of the front wall of the computer is gently bent towards the upper and lower edges of this front wall.
