Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zewnętrzne wzmocnienie na łokcie i kolana znajdujące zastosowanie w odzieży ochronnej, wojskowej, policyjnej oraz sportowej. Z opisu wynalazku W02007094872 znana jest opaska ochronna na kolano wykonana z elastycznego materiału umożliwiającego dopasowanie opaski do kolana, jednak opaska ta stanowi samodzielny element nie połączony z materiałem nośnym. Z opisu wynalazku W003030667 znane jest wzmocnienie kolana, zaś z opisu wzoru użytkowego nr 62037 (PL) znany jest ochraniacz kończyny dolnej, zabezpieczający kolano, goleń, kostkę i śródstopie użytkownika przed skutkami bezpośredniego uderzenia na przykład kijem lub innymi przedmiotami, które to jednak rozwiązania nie stanowią jednolitego elementu połączonego trwale z materiałem nośnym. Istotą wzoru użytkowego jest zewnętrzne wzmocnienie na łokcie i kolana stanowiące jednolity element, charakteryzujące się tym, że wzmocnienie posiada wycięcia profilujące oraz płaszczyzny dopasowujące wzmocnienie do kształtu łokci i kolan, przy czym co najmniej warstwa zewnętrzna wzmocnienia wykonana jest z wodoodpornego i brudoodpornego materiału tekstylnego odpornego na ścieranie i rozdarcia, zaś warstwa wewnętrzna wzmocnienia umożliwia bezszwowe połączenie wzmocnienia z materiałem nośnym poprzez laminowanie lub sklejenie. Zaletą wzmocnienia według wzoru jest to, że zewnętrzna warstwa wzmocnienia wykonana z wodoodpornego i brudoodpornego materiału tekstylnego odpornego na ścieranie, korzystnie wysokowytrzymały poliamid, zmniejsza ścieralność materiału nośnego, w szczególności spodni, na którym to materiale nośnym jest mocowane wzmocnienie. The essence of the utility model is the external reinforcement on the elbows and knees constituting a single element, characterized by the fact that the reinforcement has profiling notches and planes matching the reinforcement to the shape of the elbows and knees, while at least the outer layer of the reinforcement is made of a waterproof and dirt-resistant textile material resistant to abrasion and tearing, while the inner layer of the reinforcement allows a seamless connection of the reinforcement with the carrier material by laminating or gluing. An advantage of the pattern reinforcement is that the outer reinforcement layer made of a water-repellent and dirt-repellent abrasion-resistant textile, preferably high-strength polyamide, reduces the abrasion of the carrier material, in particular of the trousers on which the reinforcement is attached.
