Zestaw wyrobów sprzetu elektroinstalacyjnego Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 2.2.12.2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wyrobów sprzetu elektroinstalacyjnego podtynkowego, w sklad którego wchodza : lacznik jednoklawiszowy, lacznik dwuklawiszowy, gniazdo wtykowe z kolkiem, przeznaczone do zalaczania, wylaczania, przelaczania oraz podlaczania obwodów elektrycznych podtynkowej instalacji domowej i nieprzemyslowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie i barwie.Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok lacznika jednoklawiszowego w perspektywie, fig. 2 przedstawia widok lacznika dwuklawiszowego w perspektywie, fig. 3 widok gniazda wtyczkowego w perspektywie. Wyroby elektroinstalacyjne zestawu stanowia pod wzgledem kompozycji i formy plastycznej jedna calosc przejawiajaca sie we wspólnym elemencie w postaci jednokrotnej, nowej i oryginalnej obudowy zewnetrznej 1 , do której dostosowane sa plastycznie moduly podzespolów wewnetrznych laczonych trwale , tworzac poszczególne wyroby zestawu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego obejmujacego pokazane odmiany wyrobów jest to, ze kazdy z wyrobów elektroinstalacyjnych zawiera obudowe zewnetrzna 1 o powierzchniach czolowych i bocznych widocznych po zamontowaniu, których widoczna powierzchnia zewnetrzna jest kwadratowym wycinkiem powierzchni walcowej uzyskanym w ten sposób, ze boczne krawedzie ograniczajace ten wycinek lacza sie z powierzchnia czolowa wyrobu powierzchnia o zmiennym promieniu , malejacym w kierunku krawedzi górnej dolnej, a krawedzie : dolna i górna lacza sie z powierzchnia czolowa za pomoca powierzchnie o stalym promieniu., natomiast naroza sa zaokraglone promieniem o wielkosci równej promieniowi krawedzi dolneji górnej, Górna powierzchnia wyrobów posiada w swojej srodkowej czesci korzystnie uksztaltowany wystep o wielkosci maksymalnej na poziomej osi symetrii i zanikajacej na krawedzi górnej i dolnej. Lacznik jednoklawiszowy w obudowie zewnetrznej 1 , zawiera w górnej powierzchni korzystnie uksztaltowany prostokatny klawisz 2 o powierzchni identycznej jak górna powierzchnia obudowy zewnetrznej 1, o ksztalcie i proporcjach, jak na pokazano na rysunku fig. 1. Lacznik dwuklawiszowy w obudowie zewnetrznej i , zawiera w górnej powierzchni korzystnie uksztaltowane dwa identyczne prostokatne klawisze 3 o powierzchni identycznej jak górna powierzchnia obudowy zewnetrznej o ksztalcie i proporcjach, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.2. Gniazdo wtyczkowe z kolkiem uziemiajacym w obudowie zewnetrznej i , zawiera w górnej powierzchni korzystnie uksztaltowana plytke 4 o powierzchni identycznej jak górna powierzchnia obudowy i zewnetrznej i z otoczonym pierscieniowym podwyzszeniem okraglym wglebieniem z usytuowanymi otworami na kolki stykowe i wystajacym kolkiem ochronnym o ksztalcie i proporcjach jak pokazano na rysunku fig 3. The industrial design registration right is valid from 2nd December 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a set of flush-mounted electrical installation equipment, consisting of: a single-button switch, a double-button switch, and a socket outlet with a pin, designed for switching, disconnecting, changing, and connecting electrical circuits in flush-mounted domestic and non-industrial installations. The new and original form of the item is evident in the arrangement of lines, shape, and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the single-button switch; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the double-button switch; Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the socket outlet. The electrical installation products of the set constitute, in terms of composition and plastic form, a single whole manifested in a common element in the form of a single, new and original external casing 1, to which the modules of internal components are plastically adapted and permanently connected, creating the individual products of the set. An essential feature of the industrial design covering the shown product varieties is that each of the electrical installation products comprises an external housing 1 with front and side surfaces visible after installation, the visible external surface of which is a square section of a cylindrical surface obtained in such a way that the side edges limiting this section are connected to the front surface of the product by a surface of variable radius, decreasing towards the upper and lower edge, and the lower and upper edges are connected to the front surface by a surface of constant radius, while the corners are rounded with a radius equal to the radius of the lower and upper edges. The upper surface of the products has in its central part a favorably shaped protrusion with a maximum size on the horizontal axis of symmetry and disappearing at the upper and lower edges. The single-key switch in the outer casing 1 comprises in its upper surface a preferably shaped rectangular key 2 with a surface identical to the upper surface of the outer casing 1, with a shape and proportions as shown in Fig. 1. The double-key switch in the outer casing and comprises in its upper surface two preferably shaped identical rectangular keys 3 with a surface identical to the upper surface of the outer casing, with a shape and proportions as shown in Fig. 2. A plug socket with an earthing pin in the external housing and , comprises in its upper surface a suitably shaped plate 4 with a surface identical to the upper surface of the housing and the external housing and with a circular recess surrounded by an annular elevation with holes for contact pins and a protruding protective pin with the shape and proportions as shown in Figure 3.
