Zestaw wyrobów sprzetu elektroinstalacyjnego Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 22..12.2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wyrobów sprzetu elektroinstalacyjnego podtynkowego, w sklad którego wchodza : lacznik jednoklawiszowy, lacznik dwuklawiszowy, przeznaczone do zalaczania , wylaczania , przelaczania oraz podlaczania obwodów elektrycznych podtynkowej instalacji domowej i nieprzemyslowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie i barwie.Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok lacznika jednoklawiszowego w perspektywie, fig. 2 przedstawia widok lacznika dwuklawiszowego w perspektywie, Wyroby elektroinstalacyjne zestawu stanowia pod wzgledem kompozycji i formy plastycznej jedna calosc przejawiajaca sie we wspólnym elemencie w postaci jednakowej, nowej i oryginalnej obudowy zewnetrznej 1 , do której dostosowane sa plastycznie moduly podzespolów wewnetrznych, laczonych trwale, tworzac poszczególne wyroby zestawu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego obejmujacego pokazane odmiany wyrobów jest to, ze kazdy z wyrobów elektroinstalacyjnych zestawu zawiera obudowe zewnetrzna 1 , o powierzchniach czolowych i bocznych widocznych po zamontowaniu, których widoczna powierzchnia zewnetrzna plytki jest wycinkiem walca kolowego ograniczonym po bokach równoleglymi plaszczyznami a od góry i z dolu ograniczonym powierzchniami walcowymi. Powierzchnie boczne ograniczone sa z dolu prosta krawedzia , a od góry krawedzia bedaca lukiem kolowym. Powierzchnie boczne polaczone sa z powierzchnia czolowa powierzchnia bedaca wycinkiem walca kolowego wkleslego, którego os przebiega równolegle do górnej krawedzi powierzchni bocznej. Krawedzie przenikania wszystkichpowierzchni ograniczone sa zaokraglone lukiem kolowym, Lacznik jednoklawiszowy w obudowie zewnetrznej 1 zawiera w górnej powierzchni obudowy zewnetrznej 1 korzystnie uksztaltowany klawisz 2 o powierzchni identycznej jak górna powierzchnia obudowy zewnetrznej i ograniczony bo obu bokach plaszczyznami równoleglymi do krawedzi bocznych obudowy zewnetrznej i ograniczonym z góry i z dolu powierzchniami bedacymi wycinkiem walca kolowego o ksztalcie i proporcjach jak pokazano na rysunku fig.1, Lacznik dwuklawiszowy w obudowie zewnetrznej 1 zawiera w górnej powierzchni obudowy zewnetrznej 1 korzystnie uksztaltowane dwa identyczne klawisze 3 o powierzchni identycznej jak górna powierzchnia obudowy zewnetrznej 1_ograniczone bo obu bokach plaszczyznami równoleglymi do krawedzi bocznych obudowy zewnetrznej 1 i ograniczone z góry i z dolu powierzchniami bedacymi wycinkiem walca kolowego o ksztalcie i proporcjach o ksztalcie i proporcjach jak pokazano na rysunku fig.2. The subject of the industrial design is a set of flush-mounted electrical installation equipment products, which includes: a single-button switch, a double-button switch, intended for switching on, switching off, changing over and connecting electrical circuits of flush-mounted domestic and non-industrial installations. The new and original form of the item is revealed in the arrangement of lines, shape and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a view of a single-button switch in perspective, Fig. 2 shows a view of a double-button switch in perspective. The electrical installation products of the set constitute, in terms of composition and plastic form, a single whole manifested in a common element in the form of an identical, new and original external casing 1, to which the modules of internal components are plastically adapted, permanently connected, creating the individual products of the set. A significant feature of the industrial design encompassing the product varieties shown is that each of the electrical installation products in the set comprises an external housing 1, with front and side surfaces visible after installation. The visible external surface of the board is a segment of a circular cylinder bounded on the sides by parallel planes and bounded on the top and bottom by cylindrical surfaces. The side surfaces are bounded at the bottom by a straight edge and at the top by an edge that is a circular arc. The side surfaces are connected to the front surface by a surface that is a segment of a concave circular cylinder, the axis of which runs parallel to the upper edge of the side surface. The edges of the intersection of all surfaces are limited by a rounded circular arc. The single-key switch in the outer casing 1 comprises, in the upper surface of the outer casing 1, a preferably shaped key 2 with a surface identical to the upper surface of the outer casing and limited on both sides by planes parallel to the side edges of the outer casing and limited from above and below by surfaces being a segment of a circular cylinder with the shape and proportions as shown in Fig. 1. The double-key switch in the outer casing 1 comprises, in the upper surface of the outer casing 1, preferably shaped two identical keys 3 with a surface identical to the upper surface of the outer casing 1, limited on both sides by planes parallel to the side edges of the outer casing 1 and limited from above and below by surfaces being a segment of a circular cylinder. with the shape and proportions as shown in Fig. 2.
