PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is a shovel, which is used mainly to get rid of animal waste by burying it in the place of defecation of the animal, secured during transport in a bag. There are many types of shovels, which differ in their manufacturing technique, the appearance of individual elements and their application. According to the utility pattern, the shovel has a shovel spoon, which is cut on both sides in a rounded shape, which makes it easier to slide into the grass, gravel, without involving much force and can be used even by children under adult supervision. The shovel is carried in a bag that protects the object from displacement and accidental injury (the shovel spoon is sharpened at the bottom). The bag for safe carrying of the shovel is made of polyester material, resembling a shovel with two handles and a strap inserted through the frame and a zipper on one of the edges of the bag. Almost every commune, district and voivodship deal with the problem of animal excrements. Owners of dogs and cats, despite the fact that they are obliged to remove excrements from their pets, do not do it or to a very small extent. Up-to-date solutions for the removal and disposal of animal excrements with the use of bags, garbage cans or vacuum cleaners - does not solve the problem. Burying the excrements with a shovel delivered in a handy and aesthetic bag means that we leave a clean place after visiting your pet, not soiled with animal faeces. Using a spatula, cut the turf (grass) or dig a small pit into which we put the droppings (after emptying the animal). Then, after doing this, fill the resulting pit with the same spatula and pat the buried place. The present utility pattern is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the blade in a ready-to-use condition in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the blade in a rear view. The blade consists of three main parts: a handle (1), a handle (2) and a blade spoon (3) in the shape of a disc. The handle is made of wood, plastic or metal (mold casting). The handle is made of one piece of wood with a circular cross-section and ends matched to the spoon and the handle. The handle is connected with the spoon, the spatula and the handle with holes (5) in which screws or snaps are placed, so that the structure forms a uniform whole. The scoop (3) has a rounded notch (4) on both sides, which allows the shovel to be pushed into the ground or gravel with less force than with conventional accessible shovels. PL PL
