Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wykorzystania w charakterze gadzetu reklamowego. Odpowiednikiem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek reklamujacy kawe MK CAFE. Kubek ten ma ksztalt prostego cylindra, zaopatrzonego z zewnatrz w ucho, przy czym cylindryczna czesc kubka ma lekko rozszerzajaca sie i odchylona na zewnatrz górna krawedz, zas od dolu odsadzenie o mniejszej srednicy tworzace stopke zamknieta plaskim dnem. Kubek jest w kolorze granatowym, zas na zewnetrznej powierzchni pobocznicy, z dwóch stron ucha, ma rozmieszczone symetrycznie dwa identyczne motywy graficzne. Motywy te sa w kolorze zlotym i zawieraja dwie stylizowane i polaczone ze soba litery „MK", nad którymi umieszczona jest korona, zas pod którymi umieszczony jest napis „CAFE" wykonany duzymi stylizowanymi literami. Wzór przemyslowy rózni sie od swojego odpowiednika, kolorem, motywami graficznymi zamieszczonymi na zewnetrznej scianie pobocznicy oraz ksztaltem. Elementami charakterystycznymi wzoru przemyslowego sa motywy graficzne umieszczone po oby stronach ucha, oraz kolor. Wzór przemyslowy zostal pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje kubek w sposób schematyczny w rzucie perspektywicznym oraz na fotografii, na której fot. 1 przedstawia wzór w kolorze. Kubek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest w kolorze ciemno niebieskim i ma ksztalt prostego cylindra, z przewezajacym sie odsadzeniem od dolu, tworzacym stopke zamknieta plaskim dnem. Kubek zaopatrzony jest w owalne ucho przytwierdzone do zewnetrznej sciany pobocznicy, z dwóch stron którego umieszczone sa symetrycznie dwa identyczne motywy graficzne. Motywy te zawieraja u góry znak POSTI, pod nim, w srodku, bialy napis „Club Cafe", zas pod tym napisem obrazek przedstawiajacy grupe tanczacych osób. Znak POSTI tworzy czerwone owalne pole, obwiedzione z zewnatrz gruba czarna linia, na którym w srodku umieszczony jest stylizowany napis POSTI wykonany duzymi, bialymi literami, wsród których litera „S" przewyzsza inne, co powoduje ze wystaje pozaich górna i dolna linie. Napis „POSTI" z góry i z dolu ujety jest w dwa luki, narysowane na czerwonym tle biala nieregularna linia, biegnaca równolegle do górnego i dolnego luku owalu tla. Napis „Club Cafe" umieszczony w srodku kompozycji, wykonany jest ozdobnym pismem o prostym kroju i szerokiej linii liter, przy czym napis ten rozmieszczony jest symetrycznie wzgledem znaku „POSTI". Obrazek przedstawiajacy grupe tanczacych osób narysowany jest technika przypominajaca malarstwo nowoczesne, pokazujac ludzi w sposób uproszczony. Zarys kazdej postaci wykonany jest cienka czarna linia, przy czym obrazek przypomina fotografie, na której nie zostala ujeta dolna partia nóg fotografowanych osób. Nie zakryte czesci ciala bawiacych sie osób sa w kolorze rózowo-bezowym, natomiast ubrania w przewazajacej czesci w kolorze czarnym i czerwonym, tak samo jak i wlosy tych postaci. Tylko jeden mezczyzna ubrany jest w biala koszulke. I tak zaczynajac od lewej strony obrazka pierwszy mezczyzna ubrany jest w czerwone spodnie i czarna bluze z bialym kolnierzykiem. Tanczaca z nim kobieta ma czerwone wlosy i ubrana jest w czerwona suknie. Natomiast kobieta tanczaca tuz za nimi, ma czarne wlosy i uniesione w góre rece a ubrana jest w czarna spódnice i czerwona bluzke . Obok niej znajduje sie kobieta z czerwonymi wlosami, ubrana w czarna bluzke i czerwona spódnice . Mezczyzna za ta kobieta, ubrany jest w czarne spodnie i czerwona góre z bialym kolnierzykiem, natomiast obok niego znajduje sie mezczyzna ubrany w czerwone spodnie i biala bluzke, przy czym mezczyzna ten ma mocno wygolona glowe, z mala grzywka z przodu. Przed tym mezczyzna tanczy kobieta z dlugim czarnymi wlosami, ubrana w czerwona suknie z czarnym paskiem, a obok niej mezczyzna w czerwonych spodniach i czarnej koszuli z glowa obwiazana czerwona chustka. The industrial design is based on a mug advertising MK CAFE coffee. This mug has the shape of a straight cylinder with a handle on the outside. The cylindrical part of the mug has a slightly widening, outwardly angled upper edge, and a smaller diameter offset at the bottom, forming a foot closed by a flat bottom. The mug is navy blue, and on the outer surface of the mug, on either side of the handle, it features two identical graphic motifs arranged symmetrically. These motifs are gold and comprise two stylized, interconnected letters "MK," above which is a crown, and below which is the inscription "CAFE" in large, stylized letters. The industrial design differs from its counterpart in color, graphic motifs on the outer sidewall, and shape. The characteristic elements of the industrial design are the graphic motifs placed on both sides of the handle, and the color. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mug schematically in perspective, and in the photograph, where Photo 1 shows the design in color. The mug based on the industrial design is dark blue and has the shape of a straight cylinder, with a narrowing offset at the bottom, forming a foot closed by a flat bottom. The mug is equipped with an oval handle attached to the outer sidewall, with two identical graphic motifs placed symmetrically on either side. These motifs include the POSTI sign at the top, and below it, in the center, the white inscription "Club Cafe," and below this inscription, an image of a group of dancing people. The POSTI sign is a red oval field, outlined on the outside with a thick black line, in the center of which is a stylized POSTI inscription written in large white letters, among which the letter "S" is higher than the others, causing the upper and lower lines to protrude beyond them. The "POSTI" inscription is enclosed at the top and bottom by two arcs, drawn on a red background with an irregular white line, running parallel to the upper and lower arcs of the oval background. The "Club Cafe" inscription, placed in the center of the composition, is written in a decorative script with a simple font and a wide lettering, with the inscription placed symmetrically in relation to the "POSTI" sign. The image depicting a group of dancing people is drawn using a technique reminiscent of modern painting, depicting people in a simplified manner. The outline of each figure is drawn with a thin black line, resembling a photograph that does not include the lower legs of the subjects. The uncovered body parts of the participants are pink and beige, while the clothing is predominantly black and red, as is their hair. Only one man is wearing a white T-shirt. Starting from the left side of the image, the first man is wearing red pants and a black blouse with a white collar. The woman dancing with him has red hair and is wearing a red dress. The woman dancing just behind them has black hair, raised arms, and is wearing a black skirt and red blouse. Next to her is a woman with red hair, wearing a black blouse and red skirt. The man behind the woman is wearing black pants and a red top with a white collar, while next to him is a man wearing red pants and a white blouse, the man with a shaved head and a small fringe in front. In front of the man is dancing a woman with long black hair, wearing a red dress with a black belt, and next to her is a man wearing red pants and a black shirt, his head tied with a red scarf. Key features of the industrial design include: • the dark blue color of the material from which it was made. • a graphic motif placed symmetrically on both sides of the ear, consisting of: the "POSTI" sign placed in the upper part of the composition, containing a red oval field surrounded by a thick black line on the outside, constituting a background for the stylised inscription "POSTI", made in white, decorative letters, among which the letter "S", exceeding the other letters, protrudes beyond their lower and upper lines, with the inscription POSTI at the top and bottom being enclosed by two arcs, drawn with an irregular white line running parallel to the upper and lower arcs of the red background oval. the stylised inscription "Club Cafe" placed in the centre of the composition, which is made in white letters with a simple font and a wide letter line and arranged symmetrically in relation to the POSTI sign; a picture placed below the "Club Cafe" sign showing a group of dancing people dressed in black, red and white outfits, whose exposed body parts are pink and beige, and whose hair is black or red, whose figures shown as in the photograph - without the lower parts of the legs - are drawn in a simplified manner, a technique reminiscent of modern painting. fig. 1. photo 1 PL PL PL
