Etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 11 kwietnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta na butelke. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, odznaczajaca sie walorami estetycznymi, przejawiajacymi sie w ksztalcie obrysu jej linii konturowych oraz elementów graficznych wystepujacych na jej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym materiale graficznym, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono etykiete w kolorze zielono-zóltym, na której tle jest stylizowany rysunek stojacej postaci ludzkiej, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono czarno- bialy zarys konturów etykiety i postaci umieszczonej wewnatrz konturów.Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma powierzchnie o obrysie w nieregularnym ksztalcie i cieniowanej powierzchni, na której jest grafika stwarzajaca wrazenie wypuklosci, przy czym cieniowana powierzchnia etykiety jest w kolorze zielono-zóltym, a na jej tle jest stylizowany rysunek stojacej postaci ludzkiej. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta, znamienna tym, ze ma powierzchnie o obrysie w nieregularnym ksztalcie i cieniowanej powierzchni, na której jest grafika stwarzajaca wrazenie wypuklosci, przy czym cieniowana powierzchnia etykiety jest w kolorze zielono- zóltym, a na jej tle jest stylizowany rysunek stojacej postaci ludzkiej, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design registration right for the label is effective from April 11, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle label. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, distinguished by aesthetic qualities, manifested in the shape of its contour lines and the graphic elements appearing on its surface. The design is shown in the attached graphic material, where Fig. 1 shows a green and yellow label against which a stylized drawing of a standing human figure is presented, and Fig. 2 shows a black and white outline of the label contours and a figure placed within the contours. The label, according to the industrial design, has a surface with an irregular outline and a shaded surface on which the graphic creates the impression of relief. The shaded surface of the label is green and yellow, and against which a stylized drawing of a standing human figure is presented. Characteristic features of the industrial design A label characterized in that it has a surface with an irregularly shaped outline and a shaded surface on which there is a graphic creating the impression of relief, wherein the shaded surface of the label is green and yellow and on its background there is a stylized drawing of a standing human figure, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
