2 PL 66 885 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest wysięgnik do mocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych do ściany lub wspornika. We wzorze użytkowym W-118488 opublikowanym w BUP nr 7/2011 opisany jest wysięgnik trapezowy z otworami oraz ramieniem nośnym. Podstawa wysięgnika jest połączona na stałe z ramieniem nośnym. Ramię wysięgnika ma kształt trapezu o większym boku przy podstawie. Rama wysięgnika w przekroju poprzecznym ma kształt ceownika. Wysięgnik służy do mocowania drabin i korytek kablowych, nie nadaje się do zamocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych. Celem wzoru użytkowego jest skonstruowanie wysięgnika do stabilnego mocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych do ściany lub ceownika. Wysięgnik do mocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych według wzoru mający otwory montażowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że w ceowniku poziomym wysięgnika wykonane są wycięcia stanowiące gniazda do umieszczenia prętów koryta kablowego, natomiast powyżej wycięć znajdują się języczki mocujące pręty siatkowego koryta kablowego. Wysięgnik do mocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych jest bliżej przedstawiony na załączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wysięgnik w widoku aksonometrycznym, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia wysięgnik zamocowany do ściany. Wysięgnik do mocowania siatkowych koryt kablowych ma w podstawie otwory 1 służące do mocowania wysięgnika do ściany lub wspornika, natomiast w części poziomej wysięgnika wykonane są wycięcia 3 stanowiące gniazda służące do umieszczenia w nich prętów koryta kablowego, natomiast powyżej wycięć 3 znajdują się języczki blokujące pręty siatkowego koryta kablowego. Wspornik siatkowego koryta kablowego montuje się do ściany lub ceownika wprowadzając w otwór 1 śrubę mocującą. Po zamocowaniu wysięgnika wprowadza się pręty koryta kablowego w gniazda 3 i zaciska od góry języczkami 2. The boom for fixing mesh cable trays has holes 1 in the base for fixing the extension arm to a wall or bracket, while in the horizontal part of the boom there are cut-outs 3, which are sockets for placing cable tray bars in them, and above the cutouts 3 there are tabs blocking the mesh bars cable tray. The bracket for the mesh cable tray is mounted to the wall or channel by inserting 1 fixing screw into the hole. After fixing the jib, the bars of the cable tray are inserted into the sockets 3 and clamped from the top with the tabs 2. Protective caveat. The arm for fastening the mesh cable trays having mounting holes, characterized in that in the horizontal channel section of the jib there are cutouts / 3 /, above which there are tabs / 2 / for fixing the bars of the cable tray.
