2 PL 66 054 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest uchwyt korytka siatkowego, umożliwiający zamocowanie korytka siatkowego do ściany, jednocześnie umożliwiający zamocowanie na nim wysięgnika do dodatkowego mocowania korytek i siatkowych tras kablowych. We wzorze użytkowym W-117711 opublikowanym w BUP nr 6/2010 opisany jest uchwyt boczny do powieszania tras kablowych. Uchwyt ma kształt ceownika z dodatkowo wywiniętymi płytkami. W dodatkowych wywiniętych płytkach i w ścianie bocznej wykonane są otwory, natomiast na ścianie czołowej ceownika znajdują się zaczepy oraz wytłoczenia mocujące siatkową trasę kablową. Uchwyt korytka siatkowego według wzoru w kształcie ceownika mający otwory, zaczepy oraz wytłoczenia charakteryzuje się tym, że ściany boczne ceownika mają zaczepy, oraz okrągłe otwory, powyżej których znajdują się wytłoczenia, natomiast w podstawie uchwytu wykonany jest podłużny otwór. Uchwyt korytka siatkowego jest bliżej przedstawiony na załączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w przekroju podłużnym, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia uchwyt z zamocowanym korytkiem siatkowym. Uchwyt korytka siatkowego ma kształt ceownika. W ścianach bocznych ceownika wykonane są okrągłe otwory 3 służące do mocowania uchwytu do ściany a ponad zaczepami 4, wykonane są wytłoczenia 2. W podstawie ceownika wykonany jest podłużny otwór 5 do mocowania wysięgnika. W trakcie łączenia uchwytu z korytkiem siatkowym, druty korytka siatkowego wprowadza się na zaczepy 4. Korytko jest blokowane w uchwycie wytłoczeniami 2. Otwory boczne 3 służą do zamocowania uchwytu z korytkiem siatkowym do ściany, natomiast otwór podłużny 5 w podstawie uchwytu służy do zamocowania do uchwytu wysięgnika służącego do mocowania dodatkowych korytek lub tras kablowych. There are holes in the additional folded-out plates and in the side wall, while on the front wall of the channel there are catches and embossing fixing the mesh cable route. The mesh tray holder according to the C-shaped pattern having openings, catches and embossing is characterized in that the side walls of the channel have catches and circular openings above which there are embossments, while in the holder base there is an elongated hole. The mesh tray holder is shown in more detail in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the holder in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 shows the holder in longitudinal section, and Fig. 3 shows the holder with the mesh tray attached. The handle of the mesh tray is U-shaped. Round holes 3 are made in the side walls of the channel for fixing the holder to the wall, and above the catches 4, there are embossments 2. The base of the channel profile has an oblong hole 5 for fixing the extension arm. When connecting the holder with the mesh tray, the wires of the mesh tray are inserted into the tabs 4. Side openings 3 are used to attach the holder with the mesh tray to the wall, while the longitudinal hole 5 in the holder base is used to attach to the holder extension arm for mounting additional cable trays or routes.
