Opakowanie kleju Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 15 grudnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kleju, umozliwiajacego laczenie skór naturalnych i syntetycznych, gumy, tkanin, filcu, szkla i porcelany. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje opakowanie w widoku ogólnym od frontu, natomiast fig.2 - w widoku z tylu. Opakowanie uwidoczniono takze na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig.3 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 4 - w widoku z tylu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie kleju, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fig.2 oraz na fotografii, fig.3 i fig.4 jest uksztaltowane w formie tuby, zakonczonej z jednej strony nakretka w formie walca a po przeciwnej stronie splaszczonej. Tuba w poblizu czarnej nakretki posiada obwodowy, czerwony pas. Srednica nakretki jest taka sama jak srednica tuby. Na czerwonym pasie ponizej nakretki, od frontu i z tylu opakowania jest rozmieszczony wydluzony owal w kolorze bialym z czarna obwódka a w nim czarny, stylizowany napis. Nad ta figura, na obwodzie tuby sa rozmieszczone biale napisy informacyjne. Pozostala powierzchnia czesci frontowej opakowania jest w kolorze czarnym. Posrodku znajduje sie czerwony, lukowo wygiety pas, obwiedziony na obrzezu cienka, biala linia. Wewnatrz jest usytuowany czarny, stylizowany napis BUTAPREN. Kazda litera napisu BUTAPREN ma biala obwódke. Pod nim mniejszy napis informacyjny, zas obok napisu, z prawej strony jest kolo w kolorze bialym a w nim czarny motyw literowo-cyfrowy. Nad lukowo wygietym pasem z napisem BUTAPREN znajduje sie niewielki rysunek przedstawiajacy globus. A obok napis o.o.o."Inter Globus". Ponizej, z prawej strony bialy napis informacyjny. Natomiast ponizej pasa jest rozmieszczony bialy napis informujacy o przeznaczeniu zawartosci.Tylna czesc opakowania jest u góry czarna z drobnymi, bialymi napisami. The industrial design is for an adhesive packaging that allows for the bonding of natural and synthetic leathers, rubber, fabrics, felt, glass, and porcelain. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a general front view, and Fig. 2 in a back view. The packaging is also shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the packaging in a front view, and Fig. 4 in a back view. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the glue packaging shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in the photographs, Figures 3 and 4, is shaped like a tube, topped with a cylindrical cap on one end and a flattened cap on the opposite end. The tube has a circumferential red band near the black cap. The cap's diameter is the same as the tube's diameter. On the red band below the cap, on the front and back of the packaging, there is an elongated white oval with a black border, containing a stylized black inscription. Above this figure, around the circumference of the tube, are white informational inscriptions. The remaining surface of the front of the packaging is black. In the center is a red, arched band, outlined by a thin white line. Inside, there is a stylized black inscription: BUTAPREN. Each letter of the BUTAPREN inscription has a white border. Below it is a smaller informational inscription, and next to the inscription, on the right side, there is a white circle with a black letter-number motif within it. Above the curved strip with the BUTAPREN inscription is a small drawing of a globe. And next to it is the inscription "Inter Globus." Below, on the right side, is a white informational inscription. Below the strip is a white inscription informing about the intended use of the contents. The back of the packaging is black at the top with small white inscriptions.
