Opakowanie kleju Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 15 grudnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kleju, znajdujacego zastosowanie w budownictwie, kaletnictwie, tapicerstwie i w innych dziedzinach. Klej zawarty w przedmiotowym opakowaniu umozliwia klejenie metalu, szkla, filcu, papieru, drewna i tworzyw sztucznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje opakowanie w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - w widoku z tylu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 3 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z. przodu, zas fig.4 - w widoku z tylu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie kleju, przedstawione na rysunku, fig. 1 i fig.2 oraz na fotografii, fig.3 i fig.4 jest uksztaltowane w formie tuby, zakonczonej z jednej strony czarna nakretka w formie walca a po przeciwnej stronie splaszczonej. Srednica nakretki jest taka sama ja k tuby. Zdobienie opakowania w czesci frontowej stanowi rozmieszczony posrodku pas w kolorze bialym, uformowany od strony nakretki w formie pólokregu. Pas na obrzezu jest obwiedziony czerwona linia. Pozostala powierzchnia tuby jest w kolorze zóltym. Wewnatrz pasa jest usytuowany czerwony, stylizowany napis SZEWSKI. Z prawej strony tego napisu znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy postac mezczyzny. Mezczyzna w prawej, wzniesionej ku górze rece trzyma mlotek a w lewej uszkodzony but. Nad napisem SZEWSKI jest usytuowany niewielki rysunek, przedstawiajacy globus. A obok napis o.o.o."Inter Globus". Ponizej napisu SZEWSKI, posrodku znajduje sie mniejszy, czerwony napis a pod nim jeszcze mniejsze napisy. Napisy te maja charakter informacyjny. Tylna czesc opakowania jest zdobiona podobnie jak czesc frontowa pasem w kolorze bialym, zaokraglonym od strony nakretki, zakreslonym na obrzezu czerwona linia. Wewnatrz pasa znajduja sie drobne napisy informacyjne w kolorze czarnym i czerwonym. Pozostala powierzchnia tylnej czesci opakowania jest zólta. Wzdluz obwodu tuby, na jej zóltej czesci, tuz pod nakretka sa rozmieszczone czerwone napis.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since December 15, 2003. The industrial design is for an adhesive packaging used in construction, leather goods, upholstery, and other industries. The adhesive contained in the packaging allows for the gluing of metal, glass, felt, paper, wood, and plastics. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a general front view, Fig. 2 in a back view, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the packaging in a front view, and Fig. 4 in a back view. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the glue packaging shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in the photographs, Figures 3 and 4, is shaped like a tube, topped with a black cylindrical cap on one end and a flattened cap on the opposite end. The cap's diameter is the same as the tube's diameter. The packaging's front is decorated with a central white stripe, formed on the cap side in the form of a semicircle. The stripe is outlined with a red line around the edge. The remaining surface of the tube is yellow. Inside the stripe is a stylized red inscription "SZEWSKI." To the right of this inscription is a drawing of a man. The man holds a hammer in his raised right hand and a damaged shoe in his left. Above the inscription "SZEWSKI" is a small drawing of a globe. And next to it is the inscription "Inter Globus." Below the inscription "SZEWSKI" in the center is a smaller, red inscription, and below it even smaller inscriptions. These inscriptions are informative. The back of the packaging is decorated, like the front, with a white stripe, rounded on the cap side, outlined with a red line along the edge. Inside the stripe are small informational inscriptions in black and red. The remaining surface of the back of the packaging is yellow.
