Description

Wynalazek dotyczy skrzynkowego bru¬ sa palisadowego, którego scianki podluzne sa przedluzone poza scianki poprzeczne i z jednej strony sa zagiete hakowato do wne- fcrzia, a z drugiej strony sa odgiete hakowa¬ to nazewnatrz. 1 i 2 w przekrojach poprzecznych. ' Brus podlug fig. Zebra jednego ksztaltownika sa spawane z zebrami drugiego ksztaltownika w miejscach 8 wzglednie 9. Wolne przestrzenie 19 pomiedzy przylegaj aeemi brusami mozna równiez wypelnic betonem, natomiast przestrzen pomiedzy slupami betanowemi 18 a scian¬ ka brusa zelaznego mozna wypelnic zapra¬ wa wapienna. Nawet gdy zelaJzne brusy sa juz znacznie oslabione przez rdze, to jed¬ nak stojace obok siebie slupy betonowe 18 posiadaja dostateczna wytrzymalosc dla przeniesienia parcia ziemi. Beton 19 mozna oczywiscie takze uzbroic zelazem.Kreskowane linje na fig. 1 wskazuja jak dzesci ksztaltownika moga byc przyni- towane do scianki 3, jakio katowniki 16, 17, sluzace do polajczenia palisadowej sciany poprzecznej z sciana podluzna. PL PLThe invention relates to box-type palisade grooves, the longitudinal walls of which are extended beyond the transverse walls and on one hand are bent in a hook to the interior, and on the other hand are bent to hook to the outside. Such poles can be made by joining shapes without riveting. in this case, the resistance of the poles would be small in comparison with their weight. In the context of the present invention, the honeycomb is made of two shapes, which, apart from hook-shaped bends in opposite directions, are equipped with zebra fins located at certain distances from the mentioned creases. Both profiles are joined to each other by riveting their ribs or by welding. The drawing shows two embodiments of the invention, shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in cross sections. The floorboard in Fig. 1 consists of two profile sections, the flat sides of which 3 are provided with a hook-shaped bend 4 facing inwards, a hooked bend 5 facing outwards and two ribs 6, 7 on the same side of the wall. The ribs of one profile are welded to the ribs of the other profile in places 8 or 9. It is best to use electric welding for this purpose, but there must be other ones as well. When the brus is loaded and exposed to bending, the inert fibers lie in the plane through the prioryiz * and swivy 8, 9, and the rest of the brasfoy material is as far away as possible from the center of the obijeta axis, so that the strength is large with respect to the weight of the brus. In the example, according to Fig. 2, the ribs 6, 7 of the two shapes are connected to each other via plates 10, 11 with welding at the seams 12, 13, 14, 15. In this way, brusks can be obtained relatively very thick and strong, In special cases, e.g. when brus is subject to rapid rusting, it is recommended to limit the mass of brus to a minimum and strengthen it with reinforced concrete. For example, a reinforced concrete brulsi 18 can be embedded in an iron slab, bounded with shapes 3 , 4 and plates 10, 11. Free spaces 19 between adjacent boards can also be filled with concrete, while the space between concrete poles 18 and the wall of iron boards can be filled with lime mortar. while the iron boards are already significantly weakened by the rusts, the concrete columns 18 standing side by side, however, have sufficient strength to bear the earth pressure. The concrete 19 can of course also be reinforced with iron. The dashed lines in Fig. 1 indicate how the sections of the profile can be tapped to the wall 3, as well as the angles 16, 17 for connecting the transverse wall with the longitudinal wall. These angles may be cut off from new formers. PL PL
