Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figura dekoracyjna w postaci pasterza z owieczka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pasterza, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pasterza z przodu, fig. 2 - pasterza w widoku od lewej strony, fig. 3 - pasterza z tylu zas fig. 4 - pasterza w widoku od prawej strony. Figura dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przedstawia postac pasterza z owieczka, sto- jacego na poziomej podstawce o nieregularnym zarysie. Pasterz na lewym przedra- mieniu trzyma jagnie glówka zwrócone ku tylowi, w zacisnietej prawej piesci trzyma drewniany kostur oparty przed jego prawa stopa i siegajacy do ramienia. Pasterz ma dluga brode i wasy, oraz kapelusz z opuszczonym rondem. Odziany jest w siegajacy za kolana plaszcz z pelerynka. Spod plaszcza wystaja nogawki spodni wsuniete u doluw trzewiki. Z prawego ramienia na ukos przez piers zwisa mu pod lewe ramie torba "konduktorka". Figura dekoracyjna moze byc wykonana z dowolnego materialu, najkorzystniej z gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego i w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów jej poszczegól- nych elementów. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest figura pasterza z owieczka stojacego na poziomej podstawce, na lewym przedramieniu trzymajacego jagnie glówka zwrócone ku tylowi, w zacisnietej prawej piesci trzymajacego drewniany kostur oparty przed je- go prawa stopa i siegajacy do ramienia, majacego dluga brode i wasy, oraz kapelusz z opuszczonym rondem, przy czym pasterz odziany jest w siegajacy za kolana plaszcz z pelerynka, spod którego wystaja nogawki spodni wsuniete u dolu w trzewiki, zas z prawego ramienia na ukos przez piers zwisa mu pod lewe ramie torba "konduktor- ka". PL PL PLThe industrial design is a decorative figure in the form of a shepherd with a lamb. The essence of the industrial design is a new figure of a shepherd, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the shepherd from the front, Fig. 2 the shepherd viewed from the left, Fig. 3 the shepherd from the back, and Fig. 4 the shepherd viewed from the right. The decorative figure, based on the design, depicts a shepherd with a lamb standing on a horizontal base with an irregular outline. The shepherd holds a lamb on his left forearm, its head turned backward, and in his clenched right fist holds a wooden staff resting in front of his right foot and reaching to his shoulder. The shepherd has a long beard and mustache, and a hat with a lowered brim. He is dressed in a knee-length cloak with a cape. Underneath his coat, trouser legs peek out, with boots tucked in at the bottom. A "conductor" bag hangs diagonally from his right shoulder across his chest, under his left arm. The decorative figure can be made of any material, preferably plaster or plastic, and in any color combination of its individual elements. The essential feature of the industrial design is the figure of a shepherd with a sheep standing on a horizontal base, holding a lamb on his left forearm with its head turned backward, holding a wooden staff in his clenched right fist, resting in front of his right foot and reaching to his shoulder, having a long beard and mustache, and a hat with a lowered brim, the shepherd is dressed in a knee-length coat with a cape, from under which trouser legs stick out, tucked into shoes at the bottom, and a "conductor" bag hangs diagonally from his right shoulder across his chest under his left arm.
