Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figura dekoracyjna w postaci piekarza. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac figury dekoracyjnej, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia postac piekarza w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - postac piekarza w widoku z boku od strony tablicy, fig. 3 - postac piekarza w widoku z boku od strony lewej re- ki, zas fig. 4 - postac piekarza w widoku z tylu. Figura dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przedstawia postac mezczyzny stojacego na lekko rozstawionych nogach o stopach rozchylonych na zewnatrz. Na uniesionej lewej rece trzyma tace z bochenkiem chleba, zas dlon prawej, wysunietej ku przodowi reki opiera na pochylonej ku tylowi, stojacej przed nim prostokatnej tablicy, osadzonej na dwóch nogach. Mezczyzna odziany jest w dwurzedowa, luzna kurtke i spodnie, opa- dajace na buty. Na glowie ma nastroszona szeroko czapke piekarza. Zawiazana wokól szyi chusta opada mu dwoma koncami na piersi a trójkatem na plecy.Figura dekoracyjna moze byc wykonana z dowolnego materialu, najkorzystniej z gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego i w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów jej poszczegól- nych elementów. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative figure in the form of a baker. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative figure, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the baker from the front, Fig. 2 - the baker from the side view from the board, Fig. 3 - the baker from the side view from the left hand, and Fig. 4 - the baker from the back. The decorative figure, according to the design, depicts a man standing with slightly apart legs, feet parted outward. He holds a tray with a loaf of bread in his raised left hand, while his right hand, extended forward, rests on a rectangular board tilted backward, set on two legs, standing in front of him. The man is dressed in a double-breasted, loose-fitting jacket and trousers that fall over his shoes. On his head is a wide-brimmed baker's hat. A scarf tied around his neck falls with two ends over his chest and a triangle down his back. The decorative figure can be made of any material, preferably plaster or plastic, and in any color combination of its individual elements. An essential feature of the industrial design is the figure of a baker standing with his legs slightly apart, his feet spread outward, holding a tray with a loaf of bread in his raised left hand and resting his right hand, extended forward, on a rectangular board leaning back, standing in front of him, set on two legs. The man is dressed in a double-breasted, loose jacket and trousers falling over his shoes, while on his head he wears a wide-brimmed baker's cap, and a scarf tied around his neck falls with both ends on his chest and a triangle on his back.
