Description

1 przedstawia talerz z przykr econymi czterema lopatkami. Talerz rozsiewacza produktów sypkich sk lada si e z tarczy 1, wykonanej metod a wtrysku z kom- pozytu tworzywowego korzystnie z poliamidu oraz z przykr econych do niej lopatek 2 wykonanych metod a wtrysku z kompozytu tworzywowego z poliamidu. W tarczy 1 wykonane s a otwory 3 do regu- lacji rozstawu i ilo sci lopatek 2. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the disc of the spreader of loose products, which is used especially in funnel spreaders of fertilizers or lime. Known fertilizer spreaders available on the market use discs consisting of a disc with a rim around the periphery and radially bolted blades with adjustable spacing on the disc. The plate is entirely made of sheet metal. The blades protrude beyond the rim from the disc, which creates a risk of injury not only during the rotating movement of the disc, but also when preparing the spreader for work. The spacing of the blades is regulated by making peripheral holes on the disc. In known solutions, the blades have the form of a bent piece of sheet metal, with the guiding surface of the blades being perpendicular to the surface of the plate or slightly concave with a deflection in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the plate. Such a structure causes the fertilizer to remain around the edge as well as at the point of contact between the blades and the disc. The remaining fertilizer reacts with the sheet metal and causes corrosion. The thin sheet metal structure of the disc is also not safe to use, because its sharp edges The cutting of the blades during rotation and a moment of inattention by the operator may result in injury. The disk spreader for loose products according to the pattern consists of a disk to which at least two guide vanes are radially bolted with a deflection in the side opposite to the direction of rotation of the disk and with an adjustable spacing through the circumferential location of the holes on the disk and the character is determined by the fact that both the disc and the blades are made of a plastic composite, preferably of polyamide. Each of the blades is shaped in such a way that at the point of contact with the disc, the guiding surface forms a rebate over the entire length of the blade. The disc is also characterized by the fact that the blade curvature is essentially shaped like the half curl, while the blade itself does not extend beyond the rim from the shield. According to the pattern, the plate has a number of useful features in relation to known solutions. First of all, it has a rigid, non-deformable structure that is resistant to corrosion and does not react with fertilizers or lime. The rebate causes the fertilizer to slide down easily on the guiding surface of the blades and prevents the fertilizer from remaining in the place where the blade joins the disc. Additionally, the solution is safe to use. The utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a plate with four blades screwed on. The disc of the spreader for loose products consists of a disc 1 made by the injection method of a plastic composite, preferably of polyamide, and blades 2 screwed to it, made by the injection method of a plastic composite made of polyamide. In the disc 1 there are holes 3 for adjusting the spacing and the number of blades 2. The blade 2 has a shaped planar plane 4 with a cross-section essentially similar to the semi-circle, which at the contact point with the disc 1 forms the entire length of the blades 1 a rebate 5, so that the directing plane 4 joins the plane of the shield 1 without any threshold or breakage.
