Opis wzoru Niniejszy wzór u zytkowy dotyczy urz adze n przeznaczonych do zaspakajania podstawowych po- trzeb ludzi, a w szczególno sci wyposa zenia sanitarnego i higienicznego, które podczas dzia lania nie musi by c pod laczone do zadnego z wymienionych systemów: zasilania wod a zasilania energi a elek- tryczn a, kanalizacji. Wzór u zytkowy przeznaczony jest g lównie do wykorzystywania w samodzielnych pojazdach umo zliwiaj ac przeprowadzanie czynno sci zwi azanych z higien a osobist a W obecnym stanie techniki znany jest patent RU nr 2294684 wydany dnia 10 marca 2007r. - „The portable sanitary and hygienic device” („Przeno sne urz adzenie sanitarne i higieniczne”). Urz adzenie sk lada si e z kasety w postaci misy i jej zewn etrznej os lony, umieszczonego na kasecie siedziska, klapy przykrywaj acej i zbiornika na nieczysto sci. W obecnym stanie techniki znany jest patent RU nr 2225702 wydany dnia 20 marca 2004r." - „The independent portable toilet” („Niezale zna toaleta przeno sna”). Z technicznego punktu widzenia, do ujawnionego wzoru u zytkowego najbardziej zbli zona jest prze- no sna toaleta przeznaczona do wykorzystania w samochodzie (http://www.avto.ru/news/news_6442.html). Toaleta ma posta c przeno snego modu lu sanitarnego i higienicznego obejmuj acego kaset e z umiesz- czonym na niej siedziskiem, obudow e do gromadzenia nieczysto sci oraz element poch laniaj acy. Ele- menty (materia ly) poch laniaj ace s a wykorzystywane do szybkiego i skutecznego czyszczenia wszel- kich powierzchni i przestrzeni. Celem wzoru u zytkowego jest opracowanie przeno snego modu lu sanitarnego i higienicznego przeznaczonego do wykorzystania w pojazdach transportu drogowego. Z technicznego punktu widzenia opracowany wzór u zytkowy wiaze si e z uproszczeniem kon- strukcji urz adzenia, co zapewnia prostot e u zytkowania modu lu sanitarnego i higienicznego oraz za- chowanie optymalnych warunków sanitarnych i higienicznych dzi eki wykorzystaniu w worku do gro- madzenia nieczysto sci higroskopijnego wype lniacza poch laniaj acego wilgo c. Przeno sny modu l sanitarny i higieniczny obejmuje kaset e w postaci niezbyt glebokiej przestrze- ni z umieszczonym na niej siedziskiem oraz wymienny worek na nieczysto sci, i zewn etrzna warstwa wykonana jest z nieprzemakalnego materia lu polimerowego. Wewn atrz worka znajduje si e warstwa higroskopijnego wype lniacza poch laniaj acego wilgo c, z umieszczonym na niej siedziskiem jest p laska, lecz szeroka, przy czy czym niewielka wysoko sc kasety u latwia umieszczenie jej na siedzeniu samo- chodu i zapobiega przewracaniu si e modu lu.
