Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest butelka PET, mająca zastosowanie do przechowywania i transportu płynów, zwłaszcza napojów o normalnym i podwyższonym ciśnieniu wewnętrznym.The object of the utility model is a PET bottle, used for the storage and transportation of liquids, especially drinks with normal and increased internal pressure.

Butelka jest kształtowym pojemnikiem, mającym w górnej części kształtową szyjkę zakończoną główką. Na główce 2 butelka ma symetryczny, stożkowy gwint 3, o łukowo zakończonym szczycie i kącie wierzchołkowym w granicach (30 - 60)°. Gwint ten ma zewnętrzną średnicę D. Skok h gwintu 3 stanowi (0,07 do 0,11), korzystnie 0,087 jego średnicy zewnętrznej. Pod gwintem 3 usytuowany jest element do mocowania zaczepu gwarancyjnego 4 nakrętki, nie uwidocznionej na rysunku i pierścień 5 do zaczepiania butelki podczas transportu i eksponowania. W dotychczasowych rozwiązaniach, przy znormalizowanej średnicy zewnętrznej D równej 27,43 mm, skok h gwintu 3 miał wartość 3,18 mm, co wymuszało konieczność wytwarzania główki 2 o długości 21,00 mm.
