2 PL 64 153 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest płyta dekoracyjna mająca zastosowanie do umieszczania zwłaszcza na ścianach wyłożonych płytkami ceramicznymi. Znana z opisu zgłoszeniowego wynalazku P-340573 płyta dekoracyjna ceramiczna ma otwór przelotowy, w którym umieszczony jest element dekoracyjny tzw. dekor. Element ten osadzony jest w otworze swą częścią osadczą a jego powierzchnia czołowa stanowi motyw dekoracyjny. Dolna powierzchnia elementu dekoracyjnego przymocowana jest trwale do płaskiego ażurowego elementu pośredniego, który z kolei przymocowany jest trwale do powierzchni dolnej płyty i przesłania od spodu otwór przelotowy. Szczeliny pomiędzy powierzchniami bocznymi elementu dekoracyjnego a ściankami otworu płyty ceramicznej wypełnione są zestaloną masą wiążąco-wypełniającą. Element dekoracyjny, który umieszczony jest w płycie ceramicznej ma część osadczą przechodzącą bezpośrednio w powierzchnię czołową. Po wyschnięciu i zestaleniu masy wiążąco-wypełniającej jej górną powierzchnię wykłada się mozaiką ceramiczną lub powleka farbą. W innym opisie zgłoszeniowym wynalazku nr P-372129 płyta dekoracyjna utworzona jest z płyty okładzinowej i połączonego z nią trwale dekoru. Połączenie to następuje poprzez umieszczenie deko-ru w otworze płyty okładzinowej i przymocowanie dekoru tylną częścią kołnierza do powierzchni czołowej płyty za pomocą masy wiążącej. Również stosuje się płyty dekoracyjne ceramiczne mające na swej powierzchni czołowej element lub elementy dekoracyjne także ceramiczne połączone trwale poprzez przyklejenie płaską podstawą do płaskiej powierzchni płyty. Natomiast nie spotyka się płyt dekoracyjnych, w których szklany element dekoracyjny tj. dekor byłby bezpośrednio zamocowany trwale do powierzchni czołowej płyty ceramicznej. W celu zwiększenia oferty rynkowej w zakresie płyt dekoracyjnych opracowano nową postać płyty dekoracyjnej, której zastosowanie urozmaica powierzchnię okładziny np. ściany wyłożonej płytkami ceramicznymi. Płyta dekoracyjna według wzoru użytkowego utworzona z ceramicznej płyty okładzinowej oraz połączonego z nią elementu lub elementów dekoracyjnych, charakteryzuje się tym, że element dekoracyjny stanowi szklany dekor przymocowany trwale i bezpośrednio swą tylną częścią do powierzchni czołowej ceramicznej płyty okładzinowej. Boki szklanego elementu dekoracyjnego są fazowane, przy czym części fazowane mają gładkie, wypolerowane powierzchnie. Płyta dekoracyjna według wzoru użytkowego przedstawiona na rysunku utworzona jest z ceramicznej płyty okładzinowej 1 oraz szklanego dekoru 2 stanowiącego element dekoracyjny położony na powierzchni czołowej 3 płyty okładzinowej 1. Szklany dekor 2 przymocowany jest trwale i bezpośrednio swą częścią tylną 4 do powierzchni płyty okładzinowej 1. Boki dekoru 2 są fazowane 5. Części fazowane 5 mają gładkie, wypolerowane powierzchnie. Jako środek łączący dekor 2 z płytą 1 stosuje się masę wiążącą 6. Płyta okładzinowa 1 i dekor 2 mogą mieć dowolny kształt oraz fakturę powierzchni. Również ilość i rozmieszczenie dekorów 2 na płycie 1 są dowolne i mogą być mocowane w różnych zestawieniach i konfiguracjach w zależności od wymagań klientów. Zastrzeżenia ochronne 1. In order to increase the market offer in the field of decorative panels, a new form of decorative panel was developed, the use of which diversifies the surface of the cladding, e.g. a wall lined with ceramic tiles. A decorative panel according to a utility model formed by a ceramic cladding panel and a decorative element or elements connected thereto, is characterized in that the decorative element is a glass decor fixed permanently and directly with its back part to the face of the ceramic cladding panel. The sides of the glass ornament are chamfered, the chamfered portions having smooth, polished surfaces.
