Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element mocujacy elastyczny uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do mocowania tych uchwytów do drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac elementu mocujacego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy, oiyginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne i uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem, fig. 2 jest przekrojem osiowym pierwszej odmiany elementu mocujacego, fig. 3 jest widokiem, fig. 4 jest przekrojem osiowym drugiej odmiany elementu mocujacego elastyczny uchwyt meblowy. Element mocujacy jest przeznaczony do budowy dwu lub jedno punktowych uchwytów meblowych. Pierwsza odmiana elementu mocujacego jest przeznaczona do budowy uchwytu dwupunktowego. Dwa elementy mocujace zamontowane naprzeciw siebie sa polaczone elastyczna tasma 1 wykonana na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego lub tkaniny. Element mocujacy ma postac wydrazonej pokrywki 2 o zmiennej wysokosci, przy czym w przekroju poprzecznym element ten ma ksztalt podobny do ceownika. Wydrazenie ma wystajacy walec kolowy 3 z osiowym otworem na wkret mocujacy. Na walec ten zaklada sie jeden koniec elastycznej tasmy 1 zaopatrzonej w otwór. Element mocujacy wedlug odmiany drugiej jest przeznaczony do budowy uchwytów meblowych jednopunktowych. Ma on postac wydrazonej, wysokiejpokrywki 4 o zmiennej wysokosci i ceowym przekroju poprzecznym. Wydrazenie ma wystajacy walec kolowy 5 z osiowym otworem na wkret mocujacy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a view, Fig. 2 is an axial cross-section of the first variant of the fastening element, Fig. 3 is a view, and Fig. 4 is an axial cross-section of the second variant of the flexible furniture handle fastening element. The fastening element is designed for the construction of two- or single-point furniture handles. The first variant of the fastening element is designed for the construction of a two-point handle. Two fastening elements mounted opposite each other are connected by a flexible tape 1 made of, for example, plastic or fabric. The fastening element is in the form of a hollow cover 2 with variable height, with a cross-section similar to a U-shaped section. The hollow has a protruding circular cylinder 3 with an axial hole for a fastening screw. One end of a flexible band 1 with a hole is placed on this cylinder. The fastening element according to the second variant is designed for the construction of single-point furniture handles. It is in the form of a hollow, high cover 4 with variable height and a U-shaped cross-section. The hollow has a protruding circular cylinder 5 with an axial hole for a fastening screw. Two ends of the same section of flexible band 1 are placed on this cylinder, thus forming a single-point handle. Essential features of industrial design 1. The fastening element is in the form of a hollow cover 2 of variable height, wherein the cross-section of this element is similar to a U-shaped profile. The hollow has a protruding circular cylinder 3 with an axial hole for a fastening screw. One end of the flexible band 1 provided with the hole is placed on this cylinder. This is shown in the drawings; Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The fastening element according to the second variant is intended for the construction of a single-point holder. It is in the form of a hollow, high cover 4 of variable height and U-shaped cross-section. The hollow has a protruding circular cylinder 5 with an axial hole for a fastening screw.
