Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rower. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac roweru przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rower w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 2 przedstawia rower w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia rower w widoku od spodu, fig. 4 przedstawia rower w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia rower w widoku z tylu. Rower wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest rowerem trójkolowym przykrytym karoseria. Karoseria, w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony nieco do polowy postawionego w pionie jajka, przy czym przód karoserii jest bardziej pochylony niz tyl, który jest prawie pionowy. W widoku z przodu i tylu karoseria ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego w pionie prostokata o wypuklym dachu i zaokraglonych górnych narozach. Dookola, przy dachu, karoseria ma, poprzedzielane dochodzacymi do dachu wspornikami, szyby o wysokosci zblizonej do polowywysokosci karoserii, przy czym z przodu i tylu karoseria ma po jednej szybie, natomiast po bokach ma ona po trzy szyby. Szyby przednia, tylna i obie boczne szyby obu boków zachodza na dach karoserii. Szyby przednia i tylna maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokatów, przy czym szyba boczna ma wypukla górna krawedz, a szyba tylna ma górna krawedz prostoliniowa, natomiast boczne szyby boków maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkatów, zas srodkowa szyba boków ma ksztalt czworoboczny o bocznych krawedziach pochylonych ku tylowi i zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym przednia krawedz tej szyby jest pochylona bardziej niz tylna. W widoku z góry i dolu karoseria ma ksztalt prostokata o wypuklym przodzie i zaokraglonych narozach. Z przodu, pod szyba, na karoserii sa po bokach zarysowane trójkaty o skosnie ulozonej podstawie, odchylajacych sie ku zewnetrznej stronie wewnetrznych bokach i zaokraglonych zewnetrznych bokach. Na boku karoserii jest zarysowana linia w ksztalcie odwróconej litery U obrysowujaca srodkowe boczne okno i dochodzaca do dolnej krawedzi karoserii. Dach karoserii ma ksztalt zblizony do wypuklego prostokata o zaokraglonych tylnych narozach. Dolna, tylna krawedz karoserii jest wklesla i z tylu, przy tej krawedzi sa zarysowane kólka. Rower ma. umieszczone w karoserii przednie kolo i dwa tylne kola polaczone rama z pedalami, siodelkiem i kierownica, przy czym pedaly sa usytuowane pomiedzy przednim kolem a kierownica majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt skrzydel lecacego ptaka. Dolne czesci kól wystaja poza dolna krawedz karoserii.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze rower jest rowerem trójkolowym przykrytym karoseria. Karoseria, w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony nieco do polowy postawionego w pionie jajka, przy czym przód karoserii jest bardziej pochylony niz tyl, który jest prawie pionowy. W widoku z przodu i tylu karoseria ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego w pionie prostokata o wypuklym dachu i zaokraglonych górnych narozach. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bicycle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bicycle from the left side, Fig. 2 shows the bicycle from above, Fig. 3 shows the bicycle from below, Fig. 4 shows the bicycle from the front, and Fig. 5 shows the bicycle from the rear. The bicycle according to the design is characterized by being a three-wheeled bicycle covered by a body. In a side view, the body has a shape somewhat similar to half an upright egg, with the front of the body being more inclined than the rear, which is almost vertical. In front and rear views, the body has a shape similar to a vertically elongated rectangle with a convex roof and rounded upper corners. All around the roof, the body features windows approximately halfway up the body, separated by roof-mounted supports. The front and rear windows each have a single window, while the sides have three windows. The windshield, rear window, and both side windows extend onto the roof. The windshield and rear windows are roughly rectangular in shape, with the side window having a convex upper edge and the rear window having a rectilinear upper edge. The side windows are roughly triangular in shape, and the central side window is quadrilateral with rearward-sloping side edges and rounded corners, with the front edge of this window being more inclined than the rear. Viewed from above and below, the body has a rectangular shape with a convex front and rounded corners. At the front, below the windshield, the body has triangles on the sides with oblique bases, inner sides that slope outward, and rounded outer sides. On the side of the body is an inverted U-shaped line that outlines the central side window and reaches the lower edge of the body. The roof is shaped like a convex rectangle with rounded rear corners. The lower, rear edge of the body is concave, and wheels are outlined at the rear, near this edge. The bicycle has A front wheel and two rear wheels are located within the bodywork, connected by a frame with pedals, a saddle, and handlebars. The pedals are positioned between the front wheel and the handlebars, which, when viewed from above, resemble the wings of a flying bird. The lower portions of the wheels protrude beyond the lower edge of the bodywork. The key features of the industrial design are that the bicycle is a three-wheeled bicycle covered by a bodywork.
