Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rower w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia rower w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 przedstawia rower w widoku z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia rower w widoku z góry, fig. 5 przedstawia rower w widoku z dolu. Rower wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest rowerem trójkolowym majacym jedno kolo z przodu i dwa kola z tylu polaczone ze soba rama majaca dwa ramiona jedno odchodzace od kól tylnych poziome i drugie dochodzace do kola przedniego skosne ku górze. Pomiedzy kolami tylnymi jest umieszczony prostokatny bagaznik o zaokraglonych tylnych narozach. Przed tylnymi kolami i przy nich jest usytuowane trójkatne siodelkoz oparciem, przy czym siodelko jest umieszczone prawie na wysokosci osi tylnych kól. Od siodelka odchodza prostopadle na boki poziome belki pretami z osia tylnych kól. Rama po bokach jest poszerzona, ale z przednimi widelkami jest polaczone waskim pretem. Przednie widelki sa pochylone ku tylowi i z kierownica sa polaczone ukladem pretów, z których jeden jest skierowany ukosnie ku górze i ku tylowi i jest zakonczony odchodzacym od niego skosnie, ku górze i ku dolowi drugim pretem zakonczonym kierownica a trzeci odchodzi od pierwszego preta w dól i jest polaczony ze skosnym ramieniem ramy w miejscu, w którym od ramy odchodza prostokatne pedaly. Dolny koniec drugiego preta jest polaczony nastepnym pretem z górnym koncem widelek. Od widelek, nad przednim kolem odchodzi poziomy pret zakonczony skosnie ustawionymi prostokatnymi odblaskami, a pomiedzy przednim kolem i . odblaskami sa umieszczone lampki przednie majace ksztalt wydluzonych ku przodowi prostopadloscianów o zaokraglonych tylnych narozach i wypuklym tylnym boku. Kierownica ma ksztalt lamanego poziomo ustawionego preta o uchwytach skosnie zalamanych ku tylowi i ma równiez okragly dzwonek oraz jest wyposazona w ulozone przy niej wygiete ku przodowi raczki hamulców.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowia rowerem trójkolowym majacym jedno kolo z przodu i dwa kola z tylu polaczone ze soba rama majaca dwa ramiona jedno odchodzace od kól tylnych poziome i drugie dochodzace do kola przedniego skosne ku górze. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bicycle, manifested in the shape/arrangement of lines and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bicycle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bicycle in a rear view, Fig. 3 shows the bicycle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bicycle in a top view, and Fig. 5 shows the bicycle in a bottom view. The bicycle according to the design is characterized by being a three-wheeled bicycle with one front wheel and two rear wheels connected by a frame with two arms: one extending horizontally from the rear wheels and the other extending upwards to the front wheel. A rectangular luggage rack with rounded rear corners is placed between the rear wheels. A triangular saddle with a backrest is located in front of and adjacent to the rear wheels, with the saddle positioned almost at the height of the rear wheel axles. Horizontal beams extend perpendicularly from the saddle, with bars extending sideways and connected to the rear wheel axles. The frame is widened on the sides, but is connected to the front forks by a narrow bar. The front forks are angled rearward and connected to the handlebars by a system of bars. One of these bars extends diagonally upward and backward, ending in a second bar extending diagonally upward and downward, ending in the handlebars. The third bar extends downward from the first bar and is connected to the diagonal arm of the frame where the rectangular pedals extend from the frame. The lower end of the second bar is connected to the upper end of the forks by another bar. Extending from the forks above the front wheel is a horizontal bar topped with diagonally positioned rectangular reflectors. Between the front wheel and the reflectors are front lamps, shaped like forward-elongated cuboids with rounded rear corners and a convex rear side. The wheels are equipped with rounded mudguards, with the rear mudguards positioned over the upper half of the rear wheels, while the front mudguard is angled rearward relative to the upper half of the front wheel and has diagonally cut front and rear edges. The handlebars are shaped like a horizontally arranged broken bar with handles angled backwards, and also feature a round bell and forward-curved brake levers. The key features of the industrial design include a tricycle with one front wheel and two rear wheels connected by a frame with two arms: one extending horizontally from the rear wheels and the other extending upwards to the front wheel. The handlebar is shaped like a broken horizontal bar with handles beveled backwards and also has a round bell and is equipped with forward-curved brake levers, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-5.
