Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko przeznaczone do ekspozycji i sprzedazy produktów, szczególnie plaskich wyrobów cukierniczych w jednostko- wych opakowaniach. Dotychczas znane pudelka typu "display" w postaci prostopadloscianów sa wy- posazone w uchylne wieczka i umozliwiaja sprzedaz drobnych przedmiotów w jed- nym, poziomym lub pionowym, polozeniu pudelka. Pudelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostopadloscianu posiada uchylne wieczko prostokatne z otworem w jego czesci srodkowej, polaczone nieroz- lacznie z pudelkiem wlasciwym wzdluz jednego z krótszych boków prostokata. Wieczko pudelka zaopatrzone jest w piec ksztaltowych wystepów, z których cztery sa rozmieszczone symetrycznie na dluzszych bokach wieczka, a jeden wystep z niewiel- kim otworem umieszczony jest wzdluz krótszego jego boku. Wystepy te wraz z od- powiadajacymi im czterema otworami i wycietym elementem ksztaltowym na górnym obrzezu pudelka wlasciwego stanowia rozlaczne polaczenia wieczka z pudelkiem.Na bocznych sciankach prostopadloscianu, stanowiacego pudelko wlasciwe, wykonana jest perforacja w postaci waskiego paska, równoleglego do poziomych krawedzi pudelka, po oderwaniu którego pudelko przybiera postac otwartego od góry plaskiego pudelka, co umozliwia wygodny dostep do ulozonych wewnatrz pudelka plaskich produktów w jednostkowych opakowaniach. Na uchylnym wieczku pudelka, wzdluz jego krótszego boku jest równiez wyko- nana perforacja w postaci szerszego paska, po oderwaniu którego, przy zamknietym wieczku pudelka i ustawieniu pudelka w pozycji pionowej, tworzy sie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi pudelka poziomy otwór umozliwiajacy dostep do pojedynczych sztuk plas- kich wyrobów ulozonych w pudelku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny zamknietego pudelka, fig.2 - widok ogólny pudelka z otwartym uchylnym wieczkiem, fig 3 - widok ogólny pudelka w polozeniu pionowym z oderwanym perforowanym z wieczka pudelka, fig. 4 przedstawia widok ogólny pudelka z oderwanym perforowanym paskiem z bocznych scianek pudelka, fig. 5 przedstawia widok pudelka z góry z zamknietym wieczkiem, fig.6 - widok pu- delka od strony dluzszego boku, a fig 7 i fig.8 - widoki pudelka z przodu i z tylu, od strony krótszego boku. Wystepy te wraz z odpowiadajacymi im czterema otworami i wycietym elementem ksztaltowym na górnym obrzezu pudelka wlasciwego stanowia rozlaczne polaczenia wieczka z pu- delkiem, jak pokazano na fig. 2. Na bocznych sciankach prostopadloscianu, stanowiacego pudelko wlasciwe, wykonana jest perforacja w postaci waskiego paska, równoleglego do poziomych krawedzi pudelka, po oderwaniu którego pudelko przybiera postac otwartego od góry plaskiego pudelka, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 4. Na uchylnym wieczku pudelka, wzdluz jego krótszego boku jest równiez wyko- nana perforacja w postaci szerszego paska, po oderwaniu którego, przy zamknietym wieczku pudelka i ustawieniu pudelka w pozycji pionowej, tworzy sie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi pudelka poziomy otwór, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3.Fig. 1Fig. 3Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a box intended for the display and sale of products, particularly flat confectionery products in individual packages. Previously known cuboid display boxes are equipped with hinged lids and allow the sale of small items in a single horizontal or vertical position. The cuboid box according to the industrial design has a hinged rectangular lid with an opening in its central section, inextricably connected to the box proper along one of the shorter sides of the rectangle. The box lid is equipped with five shaped projections, four of which are arranged symmetrically on the longer sides of the lid, and one projection with a small opening is located along the shorter side. These projections, together with the four corresponding holes and the cut-out shaped element on the upper edge of the box proper, constitute a detachable connection between the lid and the box. On the side walls of the cuboid, which constitutes the box proper, there is a perforation in the form of a narrow strip, parallel to the horizontal edges of the box, after tearing off which the box takes the form of a flat box open at the top, which allows convenient access to the flat products stored inside in individual packages. On the hinged lid of the box, along its shorter side, there is also a perforation in the form of a wider strip, after tearing off which, with the lid closed and the box placed in a vertical position, a horizontal opening is created along the lower edge of the box, allowing access to individual pieces of flat products placed in the box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a general view of a closed box, fig. 2 - a general view of a box with an open hinged lid, fig. 3 - a general view of a box in a vertical position with the perforated lid torn off, fig. 4 shows a general view of a box with a perforated strip torn off the side walls of the box, fig. 5 shows a top view of the box with a closed lid, fig. 6 - a view of the box from the longer side, and fig. 7 and fig. 8 - views of the box from the front and back, from the shorter side. Essential features of the industrial design: The box according to the industrial design in the form of a cuboid with a hinged lid is characterized in that the rectangular lid, having an opening in the middle, is provided with five shaped projections, four of which are arranged symmetrically on the longer sides of the lid, and one projection with a small opening is placed along its shorter side. These projections together with the corresponding four holes and the cut-out shaped element on the upper rim of the box proper constitute detachable connections between the lid and the box, as shown in Fig. 2. On the side walls of the cuboid constituting the box proper, there is a perforation made in the form of a narrow strip, parallel to the horizontal edges of the box, after tearing off which the box takes the form of a flat box open at the top, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4.
