TECHNICAL FIELD

This disclosure concerns boxes for packaging products, and more? in particular a modular box made of two different materials and entirely recyclable.

BACKGROUND

The boxes used commercially are usually made from a cut, folded and glued cardboard. Such boxes for? they do not allow you to see the product contained in the box.

To overcome this drawback, boxes have been developed entirely in transparent or translucent material as well as? boxes which have a lid with an upper surface at least partially made of transparent material, which allows the overall direct view of the product contained. However, boxes made of transparent material, such as for example resealable trays for food products, have relatively high production costs, as they must have a bottom thickness which gives sufficient rigidity to the container. to hold the weight of the contents. For this reason, it is preferable to have a cardboard or cardboard base, which has lower production costs. content and at the same time ? more resistant.

On the other hand, boxes with a clear lid on a cardboard base require at least two pieces of tape to glue the clear lid to the cardboard or card base to prevent accidental opening of the box.

Boxes almost entirely made of cardboard or cardboard are also widespread, which have a lid with a transparent upper surface. These boxes are easy to assemble, as the folding lines for assembling the box are typically defined by die-cutting in a flat sheet of cardboard or cardstock, but they are bi-material so they can be properly recycled only if users take care to detach the transparent part, typically made of plastic, from the rest of the cardboard or cardboard in order to throw away the two components separately.

Would a fully recyclable box be desirable? by users, with low production costs and which does not require pieces of tape to firmly join the lid to the base of the box.

SUMMARY

A box that at least partially solves the aforementioned drawbacks? defined in claim 1. It ? substantially composed of a cardboard or cardboard base, which defines the bottom of the box, and a lid in homogeneous plastic material, transparent or non-transparent, which is configured to clip detachably to the cardboard base without using glue or pieces of tape.

DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLE EMBODIMENTS

AND? A fully recyclable modular box has been designed, made of cardboard/cardboard and plastic, transparent or non-transparent, which will be? described with reference to the attached figures which show a particular and non-limiting embodiment.

In its general aspects, the modular box of this disclosure comprises a base 1, which defines a bottom 2 of the box, a rear wall 3, a front wall 4 and side walls 5a, 5b, in relief with respect to the bottom 2, which rigidly connect , in correspondence of respective opposite sides, the front wall 4 with the rear wall 3. The base 1 ? the part of the modular box intended to support the product to be packaged, and will it be? conveniently made of cardboard or card. The box is closed by placing a plastic lid 6, which can be transparent or non-transparent.

It ? detached from the cardboard or card base 1, ? integrally made of plastic material and defines at least one upper surface 7 of the box, a rear edge 8, a front edge 9 and side edges 10a, 10b sloping with respect to the upper surface 7. As in common box lids, the side edges 10a, 10b connect, at respective opposite sides, the leading edge 9 with the trailing edge 8 so? that all the edges 8, 9, 10a, 10b surround all the walls 3, 4, 5a, 5b of the base 1 from the outside when the lid 6 is? placed on base 1 to close the box.

According to one aspect, the plastic cover 6 can be transparent, for example for packaging food and in particular pastries, or non-transparent, for example for objects in the fashion sector.

While in common boxes it would be necessary to glue the lid 6 to the base 1 by means of two pieces of adhesive tape on opposite sides of the box, in the box of the present disclosure there is not ? necessary since the lid 6 and the base 1 can be hooked together in a removable manner. According to one aspect, the rear wall 3 of the base has at least one through slot 11, preferably one or more? pairs of through slots 11 as shown in the figures defined substantially at the same first level with respect to the bottom 2 of the box, and the front wall 4 of the base 1 has at least one other through slot 12, preferably a pair of through slots 12 defined substantially at same second level with respect to the bottom 2 of the box.

Will it be done in the following? reference to the embodiments shown in which there are two through slots 12 and 11 on the front 4 and rear 3 walls, but what? what will come? said can? be repeated mutatis mutandis if there is a single through buttonhole.

In figures 3 and 4 it can be seen that the slots 11 and 12 are obtained by cutting out the cardboard or cardboard of the rear 3 and front 4 walls without removing the cardboard or cardboard tabs which are formed. There? ? due to the fact that in the illustrated exemplary embodiment the slots 11 and 12 are opened by folding these tabs which are cut along three sides and are joined to the respective wall 3, 4 of the base 1 on one side, but nothing prevents the slots 11 from being made and 12 by making a cut along a closed line.

The rear edge 8 of the removable lid 6 has at least one hook tooth 13, preferably at least one pair of hook teeth 13, defined in the rear edge 8 in correspondence with a first direction X1, in which each of the hook teeth 13 projects towards the ?inside of the box from the rear edge 8 and ? configured to engage the respective through slot 11 by interlocking in a removable way.

Similarly, the front edge 9 of the removable lid 6 has a respective hooking tooth 14, preferably at least one pair of hooking teeth 14, defined in correspondence with a second direction X2, in which each of these other hooking teeth 14 projects towards the ?inside of the box from the front edge 9 and ? configured to engage the respective through slot 12 by interlocking in a removable way.

Will it be done in the following? reference to the embodiments shown in which there are two hooking teeth 14 and 13 on the front 9 and rear 8 edges, but what? what will come? said can? be repeated mutatis mutandis in case there is only one hooking tooth on a respective edge.

In practice, when the cover 6 ? placed above the base 1 to close the box, the hooking teeth 13 engage the through slots 11 and the hooking teeth 14 are led to engage the through slots 12 by exploiting the elastic deformation of the lid 6, until a snap. In the closed configuration (figure 7c), the engagement of the teeth 13 and 14 in the respective slots 11 and 12 prevents the accidental opening of the box, without the need to apply adhesive tape.

According to a particularly convenient aspect, illustrated in figures 7a and 7b, the lid 6 is configured to be lifted from the base 1 to open the box by rotating around an axis of rotation defined by the direction X1 when the hooking teeth 13 engage the respective through slots 11 of the rear wall 3, while the hooking teeth 14 are free. Thanks to this particular configuration of the modular box, the lid 6 can be lifted to expose the contents as you would in a common cardboard or cardboard box with the lid forming a single body with the base and which ? separated from it only by a fold line. Differently for? in the box of the present disclosure the lid 6 ? physically separated from the base 1, so ? more It is easy to dispose of the lid 6 in the container for separate collection of plastic and the base 1 in the container for separate collection of cardboard.

According to an aspect illustrated in the accompanying figures, the lid 6 has at least one flap 19 which hangs from an edge of the lid 6, having a stem 19a which has one end? longitudinal anchored to one of the edges 8, 9, 10a, 10b of the lid 6 and the? longitudinal axis terminating in a head 19b, preferably but not necessarily larger than the transversal width of the stem. The base 1 has a slot 20 on one of the walls 3, 4, 5a, 5b corresponding to the edge of the lid 6 on which ? the flap 19 is anchored. The slot 20 ? shaped and has such dimensions that the head 19b pu? be forced into the respective slot 20 only by elastically deforming the head 19b. In one aspect shown in the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the figures, the head 19b is more wider than slot 20. In one aspect, head 19b is shaped in the shape of an arrow so as to be able to cross the slot 20 being elastically forced to enter, but to be no longer able to? be pulled out except by visibly deforming or even tearing the crack 20. An equally valid anchorage can? also be obtained by folding the two terminals 19c of the head 19b inwards so that, after insertion, they interfere with the profile of the slot 20 during exit, like a harpoon; in this case, the size of the head 19b does not need n? of a size increase, n? of forced elastic deformations during insertion. For brevity? exhibition, in the continuation of the discussion will? reference only to the first anchoring technique, it being understood that the same innovative functional effects also apply to the second.

Thanks to the aforementioned characteristics, the flap 19 together with the slot 20 constitutes an anti-shoplifting mechanism. In fact, by providing the lid 6 with at least one or better two flaps 19 on the opposite edges, which in the example of the figures are the edges 10a and 10b, the lid 6 will be? hooked on the base 1 and will not be? It is possible to remove the contents of the box without visibly tampering with the cardboard or card base 1. Given that the insertion of each head 19b in the respective slot 20 is an irreversible operation, unless you damage the box, it will come? carried out by the seller only at the time of sale, before delivering the box to the buyer.

According to one aspect, at least one perforated line of weakening 22 ? defined in the vicinity? of each slot 20, so as to make it easier for the purchaser to break the base 1 near the slot 20 to free the respective flap 19 when he has to remove the lid 6 from the box. Preferably, the perforated weakening line 22 will define? together with the slit 20 a closed line which delimits a tear-removable portion of the base 1, which the purchaser will remove? when should I open the box you just bought.

According to an aspect clearly visible in the detailed figures from 13a to 13d, to prevent the flap 19 touched by the seller from contaminating the contents of the box, which is undesirable in particular for the sale of food products, each pocket 21 is defined by a weakening line 22 made exclusively on the external surface of the walls 5a and 5b, as shown in the assembly in figures 6a to 6e, leaving the internal surface of the same walls intact. In this case, slot 20 ? the opening of the pocket and not ? an incision passing through the entire thickness of a wall 5a, 5b of the base 1. As in the previous case, the head 19b will be? conveniently more wide of the opening 20 of the pocket so that it must be elastically deformed to be forced into it and that it cannot exit the pocket without tearing the covering surface 21 along the weakening line.

Conveniently, the flaps 19 of the lid 6 are integral with the lid 6 itself and are made of the same plastic material as the lid 6.

According to an optional aspect, illustrated in figure 5, the base 1 has two perforated lines 15 of weakening defined in correspondence with the front wall 4 so as to cross it transversally in height starting from the bottom 2 of the box. These perforated lines 15 are configured to facilitate the guided breaking of a portion of the front wall 4, from the free edge of the front wall 4 to the bottom 2 of the box. How can you? easily understand by looking at figure 5, there? allows you to easily access the contents of the box and grab them without difficulty. For example, this characteristic will result? convenient to take a plate on which ? place a packaged sweet in the box: by breaking the portion of the front wall 4 included between the two perforated lines 15, the edge of the plate (not shown) placed on the base 1 is exposed and it will be? more simple to lift it from the base 1.

According to one aspect, illustrated in figures 6a to 6e, the base 1 made of cardboard or thin cardboard? obtainable by folding a flat sheet of cardboard or cardstock along punched folding lines so as to define the bottom 2, the rear wall 3, the front wall 4 and the side walls 5a, 5b of the box. To prevent liquids that drip into the base 1 from leaking out, the punched folding lines will conveniently be defined so as to delimit the perimeter of the bottom 2 of the box without piercing it, and will be configured in the manner illustrated in the figures so that the various parts of the flat sheet of cardboard or card can be folded along the folding lines to snap together defining the rear wall 3, the front wall 4 and the side walls 5a, 5b.

Thanks to this configuration, the bases 1 of modular boxes according to this disclosure will be transportable and stowable in the form of punched flat sheets of cardboard and thin cardboard superimposed one on top of the other, and will be quickly assembled at the time of use without the use of glue or scissors.

To be able to display the contents of the box in a more captivating, according to an optional aspect the front wall 4 will be? more low rear wall 3, so the box will have? hence an asymmetrical configuration. Thanks to the transparent lid 6, the modular box of the present disclosure will allow to see the product in its entirety even when it? displayed on a shelf of a shelf. In addition, the front wall 4 pi? bottom of the rear wall 3 allows you to insert more? easily a product inside the box.

A further advantage of having a relatively high rear wall 3 consists in the fact that ? possible to put an adhesive label on the rear wall 3, for example a label with a barcode and/or with the list of ingredients, without covering the transparent part of the box and without altering the appearance of the package seen from the front, ie from the side of the front wall 4. Furthermore, the adhesive label can? be read without having to overturn the package, which is desirable when the box contains food products, for example garnished sweets.

Conveniently, in order not to limit the capacity of the box, the lid 6 is shaped as shown in figures 1 and 2 so as to compose with the base 1 a substantially parallelepiped-shaped box when closed. To this end, the front part of the lid will be? more high of the rear part, to compensate for the different height of the front wall 4 of the base 1 with respect to the rear wall 3.

According to an aspect not shown in the drawings, the lid 6 will have a front of the same height as the back, so it will not increase? the total capacity of the modular box beyond the volume defined by the base 1.

According to an aspect shown in figures 8 to 10, the cover 6 is shaped so as to be stackable on 6 identical lids placed one inside the other, to be transported and stowed one on top of the other.

To ensure a more secure hooking of the cover 6 on the base 1, according to an optional aspect the upper surface 7 of the cover 6 will have? smaller dimensions than the bottom 2 of the box and the edges 8, 9, 10a, 10b of the lid 6 will have a stepped profile 16 configured to rest on a free edge respectively of the walls 3, 4, 5a, 5b of the base 1, when the lid 6 ? placed on base 1 to close the box.

The fact that the base 1 and the lid 6 are detached allows the base 1 to be made of recyclable or compostable cardboard or cardboard, and the lid 6 of recycled plastic, possibly of the type that is in turn recyclable or compostable.

According to an optional aspect illustrated in figures 11a and 11b, useful for packaging hot food products, ? It is possible to define folding tabs 17 by punching, for example (but not necessarily) at the rear wall 3 of the base 1. The folding tabs 17 are raised with respect to the bottom 2 and can be folded towards the inside of the box so as to create of the openings to let out humidity? of hot products to be packaged and avoid the formation of condensation inside the box.

The foldable tabs 17 have been illustrated with reference to the embodiment of the base 1 with the rear wall 3 more? high of the front wall 4, but ? It is possible to make the tabs 17 even if the front 4 and rear 3 walls have the same height, so? as on different walls of the rear wall 3, for example on the side walls 5a and 5b.

To allow the box of the present disclosure to be kept in the semi-open position, according to one aspect, it can be configure the base 1 so that at least one edge 18 can be folded outwards as shown in the succession of figures 12a-12c. In this way, by opening the lid and folding at least one edge 18 of one of the two side walls 5a and 5b outwards, the lid 6 hinged to the base 1 in the manner described in figures 7a-7c will rest on the lid. on?at least a flap and leave? the box in semi-closed configuration.

According to one aspect of this disclosure, ? It is possible to use the anti-theft mechanism illustrated above on any box and not necessarily on the box shown in figures 1 to 13d. Differently from common boxes, the lid 6 has at least one flap 19 (in the example shown there are two flaps 19 and they are arranged in correspondence with the side edges 8a, 8b) of the type described above, and the base 1 has at least one slit 20 which opens at a respective wall of said walls (5a, 5b) corresponding to the respective edge of the lid 6 from which the flap 19 hangs (or the flaps, as in the example shown in figures 14a and 14b). In the illustrated case in which there are two flaps 19 hanging from the edges 8a and 8b of the lid 6, they are configured to engage the respective slots 20, which open at the side walls 5a, 5b, when the lid 6 is ? placed on the base 1 to close the modular box.

Numerous other examples of modular boxes can be made by combining the various aspects disclosed herein. Among others, the following examples of modular boxes are possible:

Example 1. Modular box, comprising:

a base (1) made of cardboard or thin cardboard, defining a bottom (2) of the box, a rear wall (3), a front wall (4) and side walls (5a, 5b) in relief which rigidly connect, at respective opposite sides, the front wall (4) with the rear wall (3) rising from said bottom (2);

an integrally removable lid (6) made of plastic material, transparent or not, defining at least one upper surface (7) of the box, a rear edge (8), a front edge (9) and side edges (10a, 10b), falling with respect to to the upper surface (7), which rigidly connect, at respective opposite sides, the front edge (9) with the rear edge (8), all said edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) being configured to surround by the? external all the walls (3, 4, 5a, 5b) of the base (1) in cardboard or card when the lid (6) ? placed on the base (1) to close the box;

characterized by the fact that

said lid (6) comprises at least one flap (19) integral with said lid (6) and which hangs from a respective edge of the edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) of the lid (6), said at least one flap having a stem (19a) which has a? end? longitudinal anchored to one of the edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) of the lid (6) and the? opposite longitudinal ending with a head (19b), preferably but not necessarily larger in size than the transversal width of the stem (19a);

Modular box according to one of the previous examples, in which said base has at least one respective perforated line of weakening (22) defined in proximity of a respective slot (20), configured to facilitate a breakage of the base (1) by widening the respective slot (20) to free the respective flap (19) when the lid (6) has to be lifted from the base (1).

Example 7. Modular box according to the previous example, in which said perforated weakening line (22) together with the respective slot (20) defines a closed line which delimits a tear-removable portion of the base (1).

Example 8. Modular box according to examples 5 and 6, in which said respective covering surface (21) ? made on said external face and ? delimited by said perforated weakening line (22).

Example 9. Modular box according to one of the previous examples, in which the rear wall (3) of the base (1) has at least one first through slot (11) defined substantially at a first level with respect to the bottom (2) of the box;

the front wall (4) of the base (1) has at least one second through slot (12) defined substantially at a second level with respect to the bottom (2) of the box;

the rear edge (8) of the removable lid (6) has at least one first hook tooth (13) defined in said rear edge (8) in correspondence with a first direction (X1), said first hook tooth (13) being configured to protrude towards the inside of the box from the rear edge (8) of the lid (6) and to engage the respective first through slot (11) by interlocking in a removable way when the lid (6) is ? placed above said base (1) to close the box;

the front edge (9) of the removable lid (6) has at least one second hook tooth (14) defined in said front edge (9) in correspondence with a second direction (X2), said second hook tooth (14) being configured to protrude towards the inside of the box from the front edge (9) of the lid (6) and to engage the respective second through slot (12) by interlocking in a removable way when the lid (6) is ? placed above said base (1) to close the box;

said cover (6) has flat side edges (10a, 10b) and ? configured to be lifted from the base (1) to open the box by rotating around a rotation axis defined by said first direction (X1) when said at least one first hooking tooth (13) ? engaged in the respective first through slot (11) of the rear wall (3) while said at least one second hooking tooth (14) does not engage the respective second through slot (12), with said flat side edges (10a, 10b) configured to slide on said side walls (5a, 5b) without interfering with them.

Example 10. Box according to example 9, in which said base (1) in cardboard or thin cardboard has two perforated lines (15) of weakening defined in correspondence with the front wall (4) so as to cross it transversally in height starting from the bottom (2) of the box, configured to facilitate the breaking of a portion of the front wall (4) between the two perforated lines (15) of weakening and between a free edge of the front wall (4) and the bottom (2) of the box .

Example 11. Box according to example 9 or 10, in which said base (1) in cardboard or thin cardboard ? obtainable by folding a flat sheet of cardboard or cardstock along punched folding lines so as to define the bottom (2), the rear wall (3), the front wall (4) and the side walls (5a, 5b) of the box.

Example 12. Box according to example 11, in which said punched folding lines delimit a perimeter of the bottom (2) of the box without perforating it, and delimit parts of the flat sheet of cardboard or cardstock which can be folded along the folding lines to fit together defining the rear wall (3), the front wall (4) and the side walls (5a, 5b).

Example 13. Box according to one of the examples 9 to 12, in which the front wall (4) rises from said bottom (2) for a first height and the rear wall (3) rises from the bottom for a second height, in which dictates the first height ? less than said second height.

Example 14. Box according to one of examples 9 to 13, in which:

said rear wall (3) of the base (1) has a first pair of through slots (11);

said front wall (4) of the base (1) has a pair of second through slots (12); the rear edge (8) of the removable cover (6) has a pair of first hooking teeth (13) defined in correspondence with said first direction (X1);

Example 15. Box according to one of the examples from 9 to 14, in which said lid (6) is shaped so as to compose with said base (1) a box substantially in the shape of a parallelepiped when closed, and is? shaped so as to be stackable on identical lids (6) placed one inside the other.

Example 16. Box according to one of the examples 9 to 15, wherein said lid (6) defines said upper surface (7) having smaller dimensions than the bottom (2) of the box, and said rear (8), front (9) edges ) and side (10a, 10b) have a stepped profile (16) configured to rest on a free edge respectively of said rear (3), front (4) and side (5a, 5b) walls of the base (1) when the cover (6) ? placed on the base (1) to close the box.

Example 17. Box according to one of the examples from 9 to 17, in which at least one of said side walls (5a, 5b) has a flap (18) which can be folded outwards and configured to support the lid (6) raised with said at least a first hooking tooth (13) engaged in the respective first through slot (11) of the rear wall (3) and said at least one second hooking tooth (14) raised with respect to the respective second through slot (12).

Example 19. Box according to one of the examples from 9 to 18, in which said base (1) ? in recyclable or compostable cardboard or cardboard and said lid (6) ? made of recycled, recyclable or compostable plastic, transparent or non-transparent.

While the various technical aspects of boxes according to the present disclosure have been set forth with reference to particular embodiments, the skilled artisan will be able to obtaining other embodiments by combining the technical aspects described in numerous other different ways without thereby departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the attached claims.

Claims (15)

1. Modular box, including: a base (1) made of cardboard or thin cardboard, defining a bottom (2) of the box, a rear wall (3), a front wall (4) and side walls (5a, 5b) in relief which rigidly connect, at respective opposite sides, the front wall (4) with the rear wall (3) rising from said bottom (2); an integrally removable lid (6) made of plastic material, transparent or not, defining at least one upper surface (7) of the box, a rear edge (8), a front edge (9) and side edges (10a, 10b), falling with respect to to the upper surface (7), which rigidly connect, at respective opposite sides, the front edge (9) with the rear edge (8), all said edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) being configured to surround by the? external all the walls (3, 4, 5a, 5b) of the base (1) in cardboard or card when the lid (6) ? placed on the base (1) to close the box; characterized by the fact that the rear wall (3) of the base (1) has at least one first through slot (11) defined substantially at a first level with respect to the bottom (2) of the box; the front wall (4) of the base (1) has at least one second through slot (12) defined substantially at a second level with respect to the bottom (2) of the box; the rear edge (8) of the removable lid (6) has at least one first hook tooth (13) defined in said rear edge (8) in correspondence with a first direction (X1), said first hook tooth (13) being configured to protrude towards the inside of the box from the rear edge (8) of the lid (6) and to engage the respective first through slot (11) by interlocking in a removable way when the lid (6) is ? placed above said base (1) to close the box; the front edge (9) of the removable lid (6) has at least one second hook tooth (14) defined in said front edge (9) in correspondence with a second direction (X2), said second hook tooth (14) being configured to protrude towards the inside of the box from the front edge (9) of the lid (6) and to engage the respective second through slot (12) by interlocking in a removable way when the lid (6) is ? placed above said base (1) to close the box; said cover (6) has flat side edges (10a, 10b) and ? configured to be lifted from the base (1) to open the box by rotating around a rotation axis defined by said first direction (X1) when said at least one first hooking tooth (13) ? engaged in the respective first through slot (11) of the rear wall (3) while said at least one second hooking tooth (14) does not engage the respective second through slot (12), with said flat side edges (10a, 10b) configured to slide on said side walls (5a, 5b) without interfering with them. 2. Box according to claim 1, wherein said base (1) made of cardboard or thin cardboard has two perforated lines (15) of weakening defined in correspondence with the front wall (4) so as to cross it transversally in height starting from the bottom (2 ) of the box, configured to facilitate the breaking of a portion of the front wall (4) between the two perforated lines (15) of weakening and between a free edge of the front wall (4) and the bottom (2) of the box. 3. Box according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said base (1) in cardboard or thin cardboard ? obtainable by folding a flat sheet of cardboard or cardstock along punched folding lines so as to define the bottom (2), the rear wall (3), the front wall (4) and the side walls (5a, 5b) of the box. 4. Box according to claim 3, wherein said punched folding lines delimit a perimeter of the bottom (2) of the box without perforating it, and delimit parts of the flat sheet of cardboard or card that can be folded along the folding lines to fit together defining the wall rear (3), the front wall (4) and the side walls (5a, 5b). 5. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the front wall (4) rises from said bottom (2) for a first height and the rear wall (3) rises from the bottom for a second height, wherein said first height ? less than said second height. 6. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein: said rear wall (3) of the base (1) has a first pair of through slots (11); said front wall (4) of the base (1) has a pair of second through slots (12); the rear edge (8) of the removable cover (6) has a pair of first hooking teeth (13) defined in correspondence with said first direction (X1); the front edge (9) of the removable lid (6) has a pair of second hooking teeth (14) defined in correspondence with said second direction (X2). 7. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said lid (6) is shaped so as to compose with said base (1) a box substantially in the shape of a parallelepiped when closed, and is? shaped so as to be stackable on identical lids (6) placed one inside the other. 8. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said lid (6) defines said upper surface (7) having smaller dimensions than the bottom (2) of the box, and said rear (8), front (9) and side ( 10a, 10b) have a stepped profile (16) configured to rest on a free edge respectively of said rear (3), front (4) and side (5a, 5b) walls of the base (1) when the lid (6) ? placed on the base (1) to close the box. 9. Box according to one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one tab (17) defined by punching in the rear wall (3) or in at least one of the side walls (5a, 5b) and raised with respect to the bottom (2) of the box, in which said tongue (17) pu? be folded towards the inside of the box to open a through hole for steam to escape from the box when closed. 10. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one of said side walls (5a, 5b) has a flap (18) which can be folded outwards and configured to support the lid (6) raised with said at least one first tooth hook (13) engaged in the respective first through slot (11) of the rear wall (3) and said at least one second hook tooth (14) raised with respect to the respective second through slot (12). 11. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said base (1) is in recyclable or compostable cardboard or cardboard and said lid (6) ? made of recycled, recyclable or compostable plastic, transparent or non-transparent. 12. Box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said lid (6) comprises at least one flap (19) integral with said lid (6) and which hangs from a respective edge of the edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) of the cover (6), called at least one? flap having a stem (19a) which has one? end? longitudinal anchored to one of the edges (8, 9, 10a, 10b) of the lid (6) and the? opposite longitudinal ending in a head (19b); said base (1) has at least one slot (20) which opens at a respective wall of said walls (3, 4, 5a, 5b) corresponding to the respective edge of the lid (6) from which said at least one flap hangs (19), said at least one slit (20) being configured in such a way that the head (19b) of said at least one fin (19) can? be forced into the respective slot (20) only by elastically deforming the head (19b). 13. Box according to the preceding claim, wherein said head (19b) is shaped in the shape of an arrow so as to be configured to cross the respective slot (20) or only by being elastically forced to cross it and elastically returning to a resting shape once it has crossed the slot (20), or by folding the two ends? transversely opposite (19c) of the arrow-shaped head (19b) so that, after the head (19b) has crossed the respective slot (20), said two ends? transversely opposite (19c) interfere with the edges of said slot (20) hindering the exit of the flap (19) from the respective slot (20). 14. Modular box according to one of claims 12 or 13, wherein: said lid (6) comprises two flaps (19), wherein each flap (19) hangs from a respective lateral edge of said lateral edges (10a, 10b); said base (1) comprises two slits (20), wherein each slit (20) opens onto a respective side wall of said side walls (5a, 5b) and ? configured so as to be engaged by a respective flap (19) of said two flaps (19) when the cover (6) is placed on the base (1) to close the modular box. 15. Modular box according to one of claims from 12 to 14, wherein said base (1) is provided, for each flap (19) of said flaps (19), with a respective pocket defined by a respective covering surface (21) of cardboard or cardboard made on an external face of a respective wall of the base (1), called slot (20) being an opening of said pocket, wherein said respective covering surface (21) is? made on said external face and ? bounded by a perforated line of weakening (22) defined in the vicinity? of a respective slot (20), configured to facilitate a breakage of the base (1) by widening the respective slot (20) to free the respective flap (19) when the lid (6) has to be lifted from the base (1).
