Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac kasetonu, który stosowany jest jako element dekoracyjno - reklamowy do montowania wewnatrz lub na zewnatrz obiektów o przeznaczeniu handlowym, korzystnie z mozliwoscia zainstalowania w jego wnetrzu zródla swiatla. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac kasetonu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów oraz we wlasciwosci powierzchni materialu, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania miedzy innymi logotypu, zarejestrowanego jako znak towarowy R-80904. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym na fig.l przedstawiono kaseton wedlug wzoru w widoku z przodu, a na fig.2 - w widoku z boku.Kaseton wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia siatke firmowa z dwoma uchami i jest bryla, której zewnetrzne plaszczyzny wyznaczaja prostopadloscian. Kaseton wykonany jest z cienkiej blachy aluminiowej i jest pomalowany proszkowo na kolor czarny (mat lub polysk). Powyzej linii wyznaczajacej polowe wysokosci szerszej sciany bocznej kasetonu (szerszego boku siatki), wypelniajac górna polowe sciany (górna polowe boku siatki), we wczesniej wyfrezowanym miejscu, wklejona jest plexi do podswietlen z naklejonym z folii samoprzylepnej logotypem „DUDA", zarejestrowanym jako znak towarowy R-80904. Ponizej znajduje sie umieszczony we wczesniej wyfrezowanym miejscu, wyklejony drukowanymi literami w kolorze czerwonym, w dwu linijkach, napis „Zaklady Miesne Sosnowiec". Wewnatrz kasetonu umieszczone jest zródlo swiatla do podswietlania zarówno logotypu jak i napisu. Ucha kasetonu zostaly wyfrezowane z blachy aluminiowej i stanowia podpore dla czerwonego weza swietlnego, podkreslajac ksztalt ucha torby. Kaseton instalowany jest na scianie wewnetrznej lub na zewnatrz obiektów o przeznaczeniu handlowym, na konstrukcji stalowej umozliwiajacej zamontowanie go pod katem, co podkresla lekkosc calego kasetonu i sprawia, ze jest on lepiej widoczny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze kaseton wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia siatke firmowa z dwoma uchami i jest bryla, której zewnetrzne plaszczyzny wyznaczaja prostopadloscian. Kaseton wykonany jest z cienkiej blachy aluminiowej i jest pomalowany proszkowo na kolor czarny (mat lub polysk). The industrial design is a new form of lightbox used as a decorative and advertising element for installation inside or outside commercial buildings, preferably with the option of installing a light source inside. The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the lightbox, manifested in its shape, arrangement, and color of its individual components, as well as the surface properties of the material, aimed at attractively displaying, among other things, the logo, registered as trademark R-80904. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached color illustration, which shows the front view of the lightbox in Figure 1, and the side view in Figure 2. The lightbox in the industrial design represents a branded mesh with two handles and is a solid whose outer surfaces define a cuboid. The lightbox is made of thin aluminum sheet and is powder-coated black (matte or glossy). Above the line marking half the height of the wider side wall of the lightbox (the wider side of the mesh), filling the upper half of the wall (the upper half of the side of the mesh), in a previously milled area, is glued in a plexiglass backlight with the "DUDA" logotype glued on from self-adhesive foil, registered as trademark R-80904. Below, in a previously milled area, the inscription "Zakłady Miesne Sosnowiec" is printed in two lines of red block letters. Inside the light box, a light source illuminates both the logo and the inscription. The light box's handles are milled from aluminum sheet and support a red light hose, emphasizing the shape of the bag's handle. The light box is installed on an interior wall or outside of commercial buildings, on a steel structure that allows it to be mounted at an angle, which emphasizes the lightness of the entire light box and makes it more visible. The essential features of the industrial design are that the light box, according to the industrial design, represents a company grid with two handles and is a solid whose external surfaces define a cuboid. The lightbox is made of thin sheet aluminum and is powder-coated black (matte or glossy). Above the line marking halfway up the wider side wall of the lightbox, in a pre-milled area, is a Plexiglas panel with the "DUDA" logo, registered as trademark R-80904, glued to it using self-adhesive foil. Below, in a pre-milled area, is the inscription "Zakłady Miesne Sosnowiec" (Meat Plant Sosnowiec), printed in two lines in red block letters. Inside the lightbox, there is a light source to illuminate both the logotype and the inscription.
