Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie wzoru ma korpus zakonczony szyjka. Dno butelki jest okragle. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do beczki i konczy sie powyzej srodka korpusu, przechodzac nastepnie rozszerzajacym sie ku górze wystepem o ksztalcie stozka scietego w górna czesc korpusu. Górna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt cylindryczny w czesci dolnej, a nastepnie lagodnie zweza sie ku szyjce butelki. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki zawiera liczne urzezbienia, a zwlaszcza posiada na powierzchni przedniej i tylnej, w ich górnej czesci, owalna wypuklosc, w srodku której znajduje sie element o ksztalcie przypominajacym blyskawice. Na bokach dolnej czesci korpusu znajduje sie pionowo umieszczony pochyly napis "Gatorade" w obwódce. Butelka w trzeciej i czwartej odmianie wzoru ma okragle dno. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do beczki ikonczy sie powyzej srodka korpusu. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki zawiera liczne urzezbienia, a zwlaszcza posiada na powierzchni przedniej i tylnej, w ich górnej czesci, owalna wypuklosc, w srodku której znajduje sie element o ksztalcie przypominajacym blyskawice. Na bokach dolnej czesci korpusu znajduje sie pionowo umieszczony pochyly napis "Gatorade" w obwódce. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle in the first and second design variations has a body ending in a neck. The bottom of the bottle is round. The lower part of the bottle body is barrel-shaped and ends above the center of the body, then passes into a widening, conical protrusion that tapers upward into the upper part of the body. The upper part of the body is cylindrical in its lower part and then gently tapers towards the bottle neck. The lower part of the bottle body contains numerous carvings, and in particular, on the front and rear surfaces, in their upper part, has an oval protrusion, in the center of which is an element shaped like a lightning bolt. On the sides of the lower body, a vertically placed cursive "Gatorade" lettering appears within a border. The third and fourth bottle designs have a rounded bottom. The lower body is barrel-shaped, rising above the center of the body. The lower body of the bottle features numerous carvings, most notably an oval bulge on the front and rear surfaces, at the top of which is a lightning bolt-shaped element. On the sides of the lower body, a vertically placed cursive "Gatorade" lettering appears within a border.
