Description

Grzejnik Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa grzejnika, szczególnie przeznaczonego do lazienki. Znane sa grzejniki wykonane z okraglych rur majace zebra uksztalto- wane i ulozone do siebie równolegle lub prostopadle. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 do fig. 3 . Grzejnik pokazany na fig.1 do fig.3 wykonany z okraglej rurki ma ze- bra mocowane do dwóch pionowych wsporników. Zebra te maja ksztalt linii falistej lub prostej i sa ulozone w róznych konfiguracjach co do ksztaltu i odleglosci miedzy soba przy czym zebra faliste zawsze sa oddalone od sie- bie na jednakowa odleglosc. Grzejnik wykonany jest w odmianach rózniacych sie ksztaltem i roz- mieszczeniem jego zeber. Grzejnik w pierwszej odmianie pokazany na fig.1 ma dwa pionowe wsporniki równolegle do siebie, do których mocowane sa zebra z okraglej rurki majace ksztalt linii falistej i prostej. W pierwszej kolejnosci, od góry, mocowane sa trzy faliste zebra . Nastepne trzy sa identyczne lecz w odbiciu lustrzanym. Za nimi sa umieszczone cztery zebra identyczne z pierwszymi. Te od trzech ostatnich, identycznych z trzecimi, oddzielone sa dwoma zebra- mi prostopadlymi do wsporników.Grzejnik w drugiej odmianie pokazany na fig.2 ma dwa pionowe rów- nolegle do siebie zebra z okraglej rurki majace ksztalt linii falistej i prostej. W pierwszej kolejnosci mocowane sa trzy faliste zebra a za nimi trzy prosto- padle do wsporników. Nastepne trzy sa lustrzanym odbiciem pierwszych. Dalej mocowane jest jedno zebro, prostopadle do wsporników. Za tym mo- cowane sa trzy zebra identyczne z pierwszymi. W dalszej kolejnosci moco- wane jest jedno zebro prostopadle do wsporników a za nim dwa identyczne z trzecimi. Grzejnik w trzeciej odmianie pokazany na fig.3 ma pionowe równolegle do siebie wsporniki, które na swym poczatku i koncu maja pare zeber prostopa- dlych do nich. Pomiedzy obu parami tych zeber, w kolejnosci od góry, mo- cowana jest para falistych zeber a nia mocowane sa trzy zebra prostopadle do wsporników. W dalszej kolejnosci mocowane sa dwa faliste zebra identyczne z druga para i jeszcze dalej trzy zebra bedace odbiciem lustrzanym poprzed- nich. The essence of the industrial design is the novelty of a radiator, particularly intended for bathrooms. Radiators made of circular tubes with ribs arranged parallel or perpendicular to each other are known. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. The radiator shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, made of circular tubes, has ribs attached to two vertical supports. These ribs are wavy or straight and are arranged in various configurations in terms of shape and distance between them, with the wavy ribs always spaced equally apart. The radiator is available in varieties differing in the shape and arrangement of its ribs. The first variant of the radiator, shown in Fig. 1, has two vertical supports parallel to each other, to which are attached fins made of round tubing in the shape of a wavy and straight line. First, three wavy fins are attached from the top. The next three are identical but mirror-imaged. Behind them are four fins identical to the first. These fins are separated from the last three, identical to the third, by two fins perpendicular to the supports. The second variant of the radiator, shown in Fig. 2, has two vertical, parallel fins made of round tubing in the shape of a wavy and straight line. First, three wavy fins are attached, followed by three perpendicular to the supports. The next three are mirror-imaged. Next, one fin is attached perpendicular to the supports. Behind this fin, three fins identical to the first are attached. Next, one rib is attached perpendicularly to the brackets, followed by two identical third ribs. The third radiator variant, shown in Fig. 3, has vertical, parallel brackets, each with a pair of perpendicular ribs at its beginning and end. Between each pair of ribs, from the top, a pair of corrugated ribs is attached, and three ribs are attached perpendicular to the brackets. Next, two corrugated ribs identical to the second pair are attached, and then three ribs that are mirror images of the previous pair. Essential Features of the Industrial Design • A radiator, especially a bathroom radiator, is made of a round tube and has ribs in the shape of a wavy or straight line, which are attached to two vertical supports, and these ribs are arranged in various configurations as to the shape and distance between each other, with the wavy ribs always being spaced the same distance apart as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. • The radiator in the first variant has two vertical supports parallel to each other, to which ribs made of a round tube in the shape of a wavy and straight line are attached, where first, from the top, three wavy ribs are attached, then three identical but mirror-image ribs, and behind them there are four ribs identical to the first ones, and those from the last three, identical to the third ones, are separated by two ribs perpendicular to the supports as shown in Fig. 1. • The radiator in the second variant has two vertical supports parallel to each other parallel to each other, to which ribs made of a round tube are attached in the shape of a wavy and straight line, where first three wavy ribs are attached, followed by three perpendicular to the brackets and the next three are a mirror image of the first ones, then one rib is attached perpendicular to the brackets, followed by three ribs identical to the first ones, and then one rib is attached perpendicular to the brackets, followed by two ribs identical to the third ones, as shown in Fig. 2 • The radiator in the third variant has vertical brackets parallel to each other, which at their beginning and end have a pair of ribs perpendicular to them, and between both pairs of these ribs, in order from the top, a pair of wavy ribs is attached, and behind it three ribs perpendicular to the brackets are attached, and then two wavy ribs identical to the second pair are attached, and still further three ribs being a mirror image of the previous ones, as shown in Fig. 3 Fig. 1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL
