There are well-known and widespread in low-malog-size central heating boilers with one fireplace in the combustion chamber. The boilers are made of a cast iron or welded structure, in which, apart from the furnace, there is a heat exchange unit, a fuel tank, air intake openings or doors and an ash box. Known boilers were published on page 107 of the book entitled "Installations in single-family houses" published in 1986 in Warsaw by "Arkady" publishing house. Novel variants of known boilers have been disclosed in many patent applications, for example in the patent application No. P-264901 or in the patent description US 4,325,310. Boilers are also known which contain one furnace in the combustion chamber in the form of a burner, to which fuel is fed by a driven the gear motor of the screw feeder, taking fuel constantly from the container located in the body. At the same time, air is supplied to the burner area, regulated by dampers. Boilers of this type, characterized by a significant automatization of the combustion process, are disclosed, for example, in the international patent application published according to PCT in the reference number WO 99/15833. The essence of the utility model is a variable hearth boiler containing a thermally insulated body with a water jacket connected to a heating network. There is at least one, and most preferably three, water baffles inside the body. There is a combustion chamber between the front wall of the body and the first partition. A heat exchanger is located between the rear wall of the body and the partitions. Externally, the boiler is equipped with a fan feeding air to the combustion chamber and a container feeding fuel to the combustion chamber by means of an engine-driven conveyor and gearbox located under the container. There are two fireplaces in the combustion chamber. The lower furnace has a burner located at the end of the fuel conveyor and connected to the fan's discharge conduit. The upper furnace has a grate attached to the body and the first partition, over which the walls of the combustion chamber have a refractory lining and on which a deflector is hung, directed towards the lower burner. On the front wall, at the burner height, there are insulated ash pan doors with adjustable air supply doors. Above them, at the height of the grate, there is an insulated fire door, and in the upper part of the body, an insulated charging door. The advantage of the utility design is the possibility of alternating the combustion process on the upper or lower furnace. Basically, the boiler is designed to carry out the combustion process automatically in the lower furnace, electronically controlled and supplied with coal fuel by a conveyor and into the air by a fan. The upper furnace with a suspended deflector then returns a part of the flame, increasing the temperature and cleanliness of combustion and evenly distributing the exchange energy obtained. All the doors are closed in this case. If there is a need to use a different solid fuel or if you intend to burn harmless waste, as well as in the event of failure of the automation of the lower burner, the combustion process can be carried out in the traditional way on the upper grate. Then, the middle Zarowe door is used to ignite and control the combustion process, the lower door, or in fact the air supply door, to regulate the combustion process, and the upper charging door for fuel supply. The combustion process can also be carried out in a combined manner, for example by regulating the combustion on the grate by means of the fan blowing. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing in which fig. 1 shows the boiler body in a section according to the line A-A in fig. 2; and fig. 2 - a partial section according to the line B-B in fig. 1. The boiler according to the formula (fig. 1) is made mostly of structural steel, with heat-resistant materials in the place of high temperatures. It has a welded body 1, placed on the feet 2, forming a water jacket 3 to a large extent, and a thermally insulated outer shell 4 made of mineral wool. In the rear part of the body 1 there is a space called a heat exchanger 5 in which three transverse water partitions 6 are located, recessed into the side walls of the water jacket 3. The entrance from the outside to the exchanger chamber 5 is closed with cleanouts 7 and 8. The outlet is connected with a conduit 9 with a conduit The boiler is connected to the heating system with connections 10 and 11. In the front part of the body 1 there is a combustion chamber in which two furnaces are placed: the upper 12 and the lower 13. The upper furnace 12 consists of a grate 14 resting at its ends on supports 15 mounted to the front wall of the chamber 1 and to the first partition 6. The area just above the grate 14 is lined with fire-resistant brick 16 in fireproofing. On the grate 14 there is a flame deflector 17 (fig.2) directed towards the furnace 13. Both the grate 14 and the deflector 17 are detachably mounted. The burner 18 is located in the lower part of the combustion chamber, embedded in the air chamber 19 attached to the wall of the body 1 In the place of its mounting it enters the chamber 19 and connects to the burner 18 by a screw feeder 20 driven by a gear motor 21. Above the feeder 20 there is a feeder 22, closed from the top with a door 23 and supported at the bottom by a foot 24. Next to the feeder there is also a fan 25, which a forcing port is introduced into the air chamber 19. The combustion chamber (fig. 1) is closed with a thermally insulated door. At the bottom, at the height of the burner 18, there is an ash pan door with an air supply door 27, allowing for dosing of the sucked air. In the central part, at the height of the grate 14, there is a Zarowe door 28 for servicing the upper furnace 12. At the top of the boiler there are a charging door 29. The combustion and energy supply process is controlled by an electronic unit (not shown in the drawing). According to the formula, the boiler is intended for central heating installations. It can also be used to supply a significant amount of warm water. Depending on the demand, it can be manufactured in a range of sizes. Representative: Marek Piela, patent attorney '»' '$ 22 i / PL PL
