Hydraulic enrichment for mechanical enrichment of useful minerals. The invention is a hydraulic enricher intended for the enrichment of medium and fine-grained useful minerals. Hydraulic enrichers for enrichment of useful minerals of various grain sizes are known in Poland and abroad. These enrichers have various design solutions, which are to ensure the correct course of the technological process and its continuity. In most of the design solutions of hydraulic enrichers - water and robotic fluid is introduced tangentially into the conical-shaped apparatus and then the ascending stream of working water has an ascending and ascending movement, creating a column of water with reduced technological properties in the area of the axis of the apparatus ¬ on. In other solutions, the working water is introduced by a narrow section of the pipeline, which does not guarantee an even distribution of the speed of the ascending streams, and thus does not guarantee a uniform course of the enrichment process over the entire working section of the enrichment agent. The subject of the invention is a two-product enrichment equipped with devices supplying working water to its interior, devices ensuring an even distribution of working water over the entire cross-section of the enrichment. , thus making it possible to obtain the required technological process speed of the rising stream of working water. Regardless of this, the enricher is equipped with devices transmitting the raw mineral to the enrichment process and devices for collecting the enriched concentrate and reflecting The subject of the invention is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a vertical cross-section through the enricher, Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal vertical section, Fig. 3 shows a working water distribution pipe and a fragment of the enricher, Fig. 4 shows a horizontal cross-section through the enricher and a top view of the distribution pipe, fig. 5 shows a bottom view of the water pipe, fig. 6, 7 and 8 show different solutions for waste collection. Hydraulic enrichment (fig. 1, 2 and 4) consists of a working box 1 with a rectangular horizontal section. In the interior of the working box, at a suitable depth, three levels of water pipes 2 are installed, attached on one side to the rear wall of the box, and on the other side supported by angle bars. The water pipes, through the openings in the rear wall of the box, are connected directly with the water chambers 3 supplying the water pipes with working water. The water pipes have three outflow slots milled at the bottom running parallel to the pipe axis (Fig. 5), the width of the slots being successively increases in order to equalize the quantitative flow of water from the point of its introduction (into the pipes to the point of their plugging at the opposite wall of the working box. The useful mine intended for enrichment is fed continuously to the fixed feeder 4 (Fig. 2) constituting one The enriched mineral is collected through the upper overflow 5 of the enricher. The working water is led to the concentrator by the distribution pipe 6 (Fig. 3) to the water chambers 3, the amount of water supplied to the subsequent water chambers is regulated by wedge valves 7, the distribution pipe it is equipped with a barometric pipe 8 fixed at its highest point and with a drain socket 9. on the converging part of the working box of the enrichment, there is a classification pipe 10, to which is fed continuously and from the distribution pipe 6 through a wedge gate 11. The waste separated from the crude mineral is collected through the classification pipe 10. Discharge of waste from the enricher (fig. 6, 7, 8) is carried out through the slider of the waste chamber 12, or through the airtight wing collector 13. It is also possible to apply the waste collection with a skew elevator 14 without changing the essence of the invention. The hydraulic enrichment according to the invention works in this way. that the raw mineral is fed continuously to the fixed feeder 4, which then flows through the inlet slot 15 into the enricher. The working water fed from the distribution pipe 6 to the water chambers 3 in turn to the water pipes 2 flows through the downward outlet slots these pipes inside the enricher. Due to the appropriate arrangement of the water pipes, 2 streams of working water flowing out of them evenly fill the entire cross-section of the enrichment tank, ensuring a uniformly rising column of water that performs the assumed technological process of upgrading the useful mineral. After appropriate regulation of the amount of working water supplied to individual horizontal water pipes the necessary speed of ascending parallel water jets is obtained in the working box, thereby splitting the useful mineral into two products. Light grains of useful mineral, the falling velocity of which in the aqueous medium is lower than that of the ascending parallel streams of water, are lifted upwards, and then discharged by overflow to the outside of the enrichment tank. Heavy mineral grains (waste), the falling velocity of which in an aqueous medium is greater than that of the ascending water streams, fall to the bottom of the enricher and are discharged outside the enrichment tank through a classification pipe and a waste collector. In this way, the process of enrichment of the useful mineral proceeds continuously. PL PL
