Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pudelka na papierosy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie zamkniecia, fig.2- pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, w stanie otwarcia, fig.3- pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, w stanie otwarcia, fig.4- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z tylu, fig.5- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z boku, a fig.6- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z dolu.Pudelko na papierosy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kieszen na papierosy obejmuje dwa segmenty polaczone wzdluz pionowej krawedzi, przy czym segment tylny kieszeni wyposazony jest w odchylna pokrywke zachodzaca na sciane przednia segmentu przedniego kieszeni, w którym przednie pionowe krawedzie sa zaokraglone. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the cigarette box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a cigarette box in a perspective view in a closed state, fig. 2 - a cigarette box in a perspective view from the front, in an open state, fig. 3 - a cigarette box in a perspective view from the back, in an open state, fig. 4 - a cigarette box in a back view, fig. 5 - a cigarette box in a side view, and fig. 6 - a cigarette box in a bottom view. The cigarette box according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the cigarette pocket comprises two segments connected along a vertical edge, wherein the rear segment of the pocket is equipped with a hinged cover overlapping the front wall of the front segment of the pocket, in which the front vertical edges are rounded.
