Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pudelka na papierosy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie zamkniecia, fig.2- pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, w stanie otwarcia, fig.3- pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, w stanie otwarcia, fig.4- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z tylu, fig.5- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z boku, a fig.6- pudelko na papierosy w widoku z dolu.Pudelko na papierosy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kieszen na papierosy obejmuje dwa segmenty polaczone wzdluz pionowej krawedzi, przy czym kazdy segment podzielony jest na dwie czesci pionowa scianka usytuowana posrodku segmentu. Segment tylny kieszeni wyposazony jest w odchylna pokrywke zachodzaca na sciane przednia segmentu przedniego kieszeni. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the cigarette box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a cigarette box in a closed state, Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the cigarette box from the front, in an open state, Fig. 3 - a perspective view of the cigarette box from the back, in an open state, Fig. 4 - a back view of the cigarette box, Fig. 5 - a side view of the cigarette box, and Fig. 6 - a bottom view of the cigarette box. The cigarette box according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the cigarette pocket comprises two segments connected along a vertical edge, with each segment divided into two parts by a vertical wall situated in the middle of the segment. The rear segment of the pocket is equipped with a hinged cover that overlaps the front wall of the front segment of the pocket.
