Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, znajdujace zastoso- wanie jako opakowanie róznorodnych perfum, wód kolonskich oraz wód toaletowych. Dotychczas znane opakowanie stanowi pudelko kartonowe w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego wszystkie scianki sa wykonane w postaci pelnych powierzchni. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i strukturze powierzchni, nadajaca opakowaniu nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku w rzucie aksonometrycznym. Jak pokazano na rysunku, opakowanie ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o pod- stawie prostokatnej. W sciance przedniej opakowania znajduje sie wyciecie w ksztalcie nieregularnej figury geometrycznej, zamkniete pomiedzy lukowato uksztaltowanymi brzegami, które ukierunkowane sa zgodnie wzgledem piono- wych krawedzi opakowania. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi wyciecie w sciance przedniej opakowania w ksztalcie nieregularnej figury geometrycznej, zamkniete pomie- dzy lukowato uksztaltowanymi brzegami, których wygiecia luków skierowane sa zgodnie w strone lewej krawedzi przedniej scianki opakowania. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface structure, giving the packaging a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing in an axonometric projection. As shown in the drawing, the packaging is in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The front wall of the packaging has a cutout in the shape of an irregular geometric figure, enclosed between arched edges, which are aligned with the vertical edges of the packaging.
