Istota wzoru jest nowa postac poszczególnych elementów zestawu ciasteczek, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie przedstawionych na nim rysunków, które w odróznieniu od dotychczas spotykanych przedstawiaja: oryginalne motywy o tresci nawiazujacej do wzorów znaków drogowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia ciasteczko-znak informacyjny, natomiast fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 i 7 - przedstawiaja kolejne elementy zestawu ciasteczek, w których wykorzystano motywy kolejnych, informacyjnych znaków drogowych, zas fig. 8, 9 i 10 - przedstawiaja odmiany ciasteczka z motywem znaków zakazu. W celu lepszego zobrazowania zglaszanego do ochrony wzoru przemyslowego dodatkowo zalaczone, zostaly barwne fotografie wzoru i jego odmian - odpowiednio fig.1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a i 10a. Candies can also be successfully produced in the form described below. The essence of the design is the new form of the individual elements of the cookie set, manifested in the original arrangement of the drawings presented therein, which, unlike previously encountered drawings, depict original motifs with content referring to road sign designs. The subject of the industrial design is presented in drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a cookie-information sign, while Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 depict subsequent elements of the cookie set using motifs from subsequent informational road signs, and Figs. 8, 9, and 10 depict variations of the cookie with a prohibition sign motif. In order to better illustrate the industrial design applied for protection, color photographs of the design and its variants have been additionally attached - fig. 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a and 10a, respectively. The cookie shown in fig. 1 and 1a is characterized by having the form of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is a drawing of the letter "T". This design represents the information sign "no passing road". The cookie shown in fig. 2 and 2a is characterized by having the form of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is a drawing resembling the capital letter "E" without the lower and upper crossbar. This design represents an information sign "entrance to a no-through road". The cookie shown in figures 3 and 3a is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is an image of an arrow pointing upwards. This design represents an information sign "one-way road". The cookie shown in figures 4 and 4a is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is an image of a two-lane road running upwards, separated by a barrier. This design represents an information sign "motorway". The cookie shown in figures 5 and 5a is characterized by the form of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is an inscription "Police". This design represents an information sign "Police". The cookie shown in figures 6 and 6a is characterized by the shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which the letter "i" is placed. This design represents a "tourist information point" information sign. The cookie shown in figures 7 and 7a is characterized by the shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which a drawing of a cup is placed. This design represents a "buffet or café" information sign. The cookie shown in figures 8 and 8a is characterized by the shape of a round disc with slightly thicker edges, in the center of which there is an empty field crossed out with a thick, diagonal line. This design represents a "no parking" sign. The cookie shown in Figures 9 and 9a is characterized by its shape as a round disc with slightly thicker edges, with an empty space in the center, crossed out with thick lines. This design represents the "no stopping" sign. The cookie shown in Figures 10 and 10a is characterized by its shape as a round disc with slightly thicker edges, with a schematic drawing of a trumpet crossed out with a thick, diagonal line in the center. This design represents the "no sound signals" sign. The background of all the described elements is the rough, slightly recessed surface of the cookie. This can also be filled with icing, and the described drawings are then made in a contrasting color.
