Istota wzorów jest nowa postac ciasteczek, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie przedstawionych na nim rysunków, które w odróznieniu od dotychczas spotykanych przedstawiaja: - oryginalne motywy o tresci nawiazujacej do wzorów znaków drogowych. Zestaw ciasteczek przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia ciasteczko-znak informacyjny, natomiast fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 i 10 - przedstawiaja kolejne elementy zestawu, w których wykorzystano motyw róznych znaków drogowych. W celu lepszego zobrazowania zglaszanych do ochrony wzorów przemyslowych dodatkowo zalaczone zostaly ich barwne fotografie - odpowiednio fig.la, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a i lOa. The essence of the designs is the new form of cookies, manifested in the original arrangement of the drawings presented therein, which, unlike previously encountered designs, depict: original motifs with content referring to road sign designs. The set of cookies is presented in drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a cookie-information sign, while Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 show subsequent elements of the set, each featuring a motif of various road signs. To better illustrate the industrial designs submitted for protection, color photographs are also attached – Fig. 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, and 10a, respectively. The cookie shown in Figures 1 and 1a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded edges, with an equilateral triangle embossed in its center, in which a horizontal line and an image of a walking person are placed. This design represents a "pedestrian crossing" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 2 and 2a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which a image of a tent is placed. This design represents a "campsite (camping)" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 3 and 3a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which a image of a bed is placed. This design represents a "hotel (motel)" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 4 and 4a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is an image of a repair wrench. This design represents a "technical service station" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 5 and 5a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is an image of a fuel dispenser. This design represents a "gas (petrol) station" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 6 and 6a is characterized by its shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is an image of a crossed knife and fork. This design represents a "restaurant" information sign. The cookie shown in figures 7 and 7a is characterized by the shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is a drawing of a capital letter "P". This design represents a "parking lot" information sign. The cookie shown in figures 8 and 8a is characterized by the shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is a drawing of a tall tree and a bench next to it. This design represents a "camping site" information sign. The cookie shown in figures 9 and 9a is characterized by the shape of a rectangle with slightly thicker, rounded edges, in the center of which there is a drawing of a cross with equal arms. This design represents a "medical aid" information sign. The cookie shown in Figures 10 and 10a is characterized by its rectangular shape with slightly thicker, rounded edges, with a design depicting a telephone receiver in the center. This design represents the "telephone" information sign. The background for all the described elements is the rough, slightly indented surface of the cookie. This can also be filled with icing, and the described designs are then made in a contrasting color.
