Piotr Kobylecki Wlasciciel patentu: Poznanska Fabryka Lozysk Tocznych, Poznan (Pol¬ ska) Dwurzedowe lozysko barylkowe z barylkami symetrycznymi i pierscieniem stabilizujacym Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ulepszenie dwurze¬ dowego lozyska barylkowego wedlug patentu glównego Nr 51 068.Lozysko barylkowe z hiperbolicznym zarysem pierscienia stabilizujacego wedlug patentu glów¬ nego Nr 51068 eliminuje wady lozysk barylko¬ wych o tradycyjnej konstrukcji. Celem wynalazku bylo znalezienie takiego opty¬ malnego ksztaltu bocznych powierzchni pierscie¬ nia stabilizujacego, który by zapobie|al opisanym zjawiskom, a jednoczesnie bylby wykonalny w nor¬ malnych warunkach produkcyjnych. The spherical roller bearing with a hyperbolic outline of the stabilizing ring according to the main patent No. 51,068 eliminates the disadvantages of spherical roller bearings of traditional design it turned out that creating a hyperbolic outline on a cone with a large inclination, which in this case is shaped around 85°—is difficult, as this operation cannot be performed on grinding machines commonly used in the bearing industry. Furthermore, the rotating juperbolide on the cone, created by turning the grinding spindle in two planes, is asymmetrical, so the contact points of the barrels with the side surfaces of the stabilizing ring are significantly above the center of the convexity, and with longitudinal load on the bearing, one of these surfaces tends to shift towards the outer edge of the stabilizing ring. The aim of the invention was to find the optimal shape of the side surfaces of the stabilizing ring, which would prevent the described phenomena and at the same time be feasible under normal production conditions. This aim was achieved by selecting the parameters - curvature of the raceway of the stabilizing ring, at which the requirements set are met for any convex curve, provided that the tangent to the outline of this convexity (in the central part) of its part is inclined at an angle smaller than the angle of inclination of the axis of rotation of the barrels to the main axis of the bearing. The subject of the invention is presented in an example embodiment in the drawing of the bearing in longitudinal section. The stabilizing ring 1 has convex side surfaces, defined by the radius r, while the tangent B—B at point D located in the central part of the convexity is inclined at an angle λ, smaller than the angle α of inclination of the axis of rotation of the barrel. The optimal value of the angle λ and the radius r is established so that, under zero load, the two-point contact of the barrels with the raceways of the stabilizing ring was located in the center of the convexity of this ring or in the immediate vicinity of this center.
