Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do plynnych wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do napojów lub soków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym rysunek przedstawia butelke w ujeciu schematycznym w rzucie prostopadlym, natomiast fig. 1, fig.2, fig.3 oraz fig.4 przedstawiaja wzór przemyslowy, który na calej swej powierzchni posiada folie o indywidualnej kolorystyce w czterech wariantach graficznych wraz z zamknieciem. Cechami istotnymi butelki wedlug wzoru jest to, iz stanowi ja bryla u dolu majaca ksztalt walca zamknietego moletowanym po okregu dnem co uwidoczniono na rysunku, która to bryla na ok. % swej wysokosci wcieciem skierowanym ku osi butelki przechodzi z czesci walcowej w czesc chwytna majaca postac elipsoidy obrotowej. W sasiedztwie górnej krawedzi elipsoida ta przez lukowate wciecie skierowane ku dluzszej osi butelki przechodzi w glówke z gwintem dla zamkniecia typu twist. Butelka jest wykonana z przezroczystego, gladkiego szkla pokrytego na calej swej powierzchni folia o oryginalnej kolorystyce w czterech wariantach i jest zamykana nakretka jak pokazano na^-zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. f / /fig. 1 fig.2 fig.3 fig.4 PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for liquid food products, particularly beverages or juices. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and color. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, which shows a schematic representation of the bottle in orthogonal projection. Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 depict an industrial design with a custom-colored foil covering its entire surface in four graphic variants, including a closure. The bottle's essential features, as shown in the drawing, are that it consists of a cylindrical solid at the bottom, enclosed by a circularly knurled bottom, as shown in the drawing. This solid, at approximately 1/100 of its height, transitions from a cylindrical section through an indentation directed toward the bottle's axis into a gripping section in the form of an ellipsoid of revolution. Near the top edge, this ellipsoid transitions through an arc-shaped indentation directed toward the bottle's longer axis into a head with a thread for a twist-lock closure.
