Druga koncówke lapki 5 przesuwa sie po3 górnej powierzchni korpusu 2 az do wprowadzenia go do drugiego otworu 13 kotwy 9. Strefa dociskowa lapki 5 przesuwa sie po lukowej powierzchni bocznej 6 pólki 4 i wslizguje sie we wkleslosc 7 od strony zwezenia. Po zablokowaniu lapka sprezysta 5 strefa dociskowa osadza sie w najszerszym miejscu, powodujac docisk pólki 4 do stopki szyny 12. Przemieszczenia pionowe szyny 12 sa kompensowane sila sprezystosci lapek 5 dzieki przemieszczaniu sie wkladki i w kotwie 9. mgr inz. Jerzy LUCZAK RZECZNIK PATENTOWY5&\\2j PLThe subject of the utility model is an electro-insulating pressure insert, especially for railway rails, used in a device for fastening railway, tram and other rails to sleepers, used to transfer the pressure of an elastic tab to the foot of the rail. In known solutions, presented in the Polish description of the invention No. 128477 and in Polish descriptions of utility models No. 45470 and 51421 electro-insulating pressure inserts for transmitting the pressure of the elastic tab to the rail foot have flat shelf surfaces with flat side surfaces with a small transition radius between the side walls and the top surface. The shelf is symmetrical in the view perpendicular to the rail axis and its axis of symmetry in this view coincides with the axis of symmetry of the insert. A curvilinear elastic tab made of a bar with a circular cross-section, pressing the insert against the rail foot touches the upper surface of the insert shelf with an automatic point. High surface pressure in the contact area between the paw and the upper surface causes point accumulation of stresses, which may cause shelf deformation, in particular, the shelf may crack, and thus damage the connection and electrical insulation. Small radii between the side surfaces and the upper surface cause difficulties in the installation of the elastic tab. The aim is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences. 2 The essence of the utility model, which is an electrically insulating rail pressure insert, especially for railroad rails, the body of which has a stopper on one side and a shelf on the other side. pressure, consists in the fact that the shelf of the insert with a vertical axis shifted in relation to the vertical axis of the body, has side walls with an arched outline, and on the upper surface it has a concave, the surface outline of which is similar to a drop with a taper in the opposite direction of the body axis. the inserts according to the pattern, the following technical and functional effects were obtained: - elimination of the phenomenon of cracking in the shelf of the insert, and thus increasing the durability of the insert, by reducing the unit pressure on the surface of the shelf in concentricity, - easier assembly of the paw through a softer outline of the edge of the side shelves, very good insulation The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the insert in a plan view in combination with the anchor and the tab on the rail, while in Fig. 2, in the same configuration, in the view from the side of the shelf, and in Fig. 3 in a side view, the insert 1 has a body 2 made of electrically insulating material, on one side of which is a retaining fin 3, and on the other side a shelf 4. The vertical axis of the shelf 4 is shifted from the vertical axis of the body 2 during its assembly. The shelf 4 has side walls 6 with an arched surface contour with a radius of several millimeters. On the upper surface of the shelf 4 it has a concave 7, the surface contour of which, similar to a drop, has a taper on the side opposite to the axis of the body 2. Anchors 9 are attached to the sleeper 8 at the production stage at fixed distances between the anchors 9. Then the rails i2 are placed on the spacer i between the anchors 9. On both sides of the i2 rail, two electro-insulating pressure inserts are placed and so that the fin 3 of each is inserted into the slot of the anchor 9. The shelf 4_ is then above the foot of the rail 12. Then, in the hole \ 3_ of the anchor 9 from the side of the tip of the curvilinear elastic tab 5. The other end of the tab 5 moves along the upper surface of the body 2 until it is inserted into the second hole 13 of the anchor 9. The pressure zone of the tab 5 moves along the arcuate side surface 6 of the shelf 4 and slides into the concave 7 from the side of the taper . After locking, the spring clamp 5, the pressure zone settles at the widest point, causing the shelf 4 to be pressed against the rail foot 12. The vertical displacements of the rail 12 are compensated by the force of the clamps 5 elasticity due to the movement of the insert and the anchor 9. Jerzy LUCZAK PATENT OFFICER5 & \\ 2j PL
