Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pomieszczenie ekspozycyjno-handlowe pieczywa a szczególnie jego wystrój i elementy funkcjonalne oraz zdobnicze. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, rysunku, ornamencie i elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 i fig.2 - ilustrujacym pomieszczenie w widoku perspektywicznym widziane z dwóch róznych punktów oraz na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.3-fig.27, prezentujacych poszczególne, istotne szczególy wystroju pomieszczenia. Fotografie, fig.3 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja pomieszczenie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym widziane z dwóch róznych punktów. Na fotografii, fig. 5 - jest widoczny kontuar utworzony z polaczonych katowo segmentów, na polaczeniu których jest wbudowany azurowy pojemnik na drobne pieczywo. Na kontuarze sa widoczne tace, wiklinowe kosze i róznorodny asortyment pieczywa. Fig.6 i 7 - uwidaczniaja w zblizeniu szczególy uksztaltowania i zdobienia kontuaru. Na fotografii, fig.8 - zostala przedstawiona, ustawiona w jednym ciagu z kontuarem chlodnicza lada. Z tylu lady sa widoczne regaly, u góry fragment sufitu z belkami i przymocowanymi do nich lampami, natomiast z lewej strony widac umieszczony na scianie o fakturze surowej cegly fantazyjny bukiet kwiatów. Fotografia, fig.9 - prezentuje pomieszczenie od czola z kontuarem, chlodnicza lada i regalami z tylu, przy czym na chlodniczej ladzie widoczne sa bibeloty o tematyce piekarniczej oraz obok precle, zawieszone na specjalnym stojaku. Na fotografii, fig. 10 - zostalo przedstawione naroze pomieszczenia zabudowane ceglanym murem, z wneka i wypuklym sklepieniem. We wnece jest zamontowany piec, zas u dolu znajduja sie ruszty. Fotografia, fig. 11 - prezentuje szczegól polaczenia scian i sufitem pomieszczenia, podparcie sufitu belkami oraz ceglany mur z plamami u góry stylizujacymi zacieki. Na fotografii jest widoczne zdobienie okna w postaci warkocza. Fig.-12 uwidacznia w zblizeniu belki sufitu i przymocowane do nich oswietlenie. Na fotografii, fig. 13 - zostal zaprezentowany szczegól dwóch usytuowanych wzgledem siebie katoworegalów z naroznym regalem posrodku, przy czym na górnej pólce naroznego regalu jest umieszczony bukiet kwiatów a ponizej kosze na pieczywo. Na zdjeciu jest widoczny fragment sufitu pomieszczenia a ponizej górne listwy regalów z zamontowanymi w nich lampami. Fig. 14, prezentuje szczegól naroza pomieszczenia w oddaleniu. Jest widoczny azurowy pojemnik na drobne pieczywo posrodku, wiklinowe kosze z pieczywem oraz pieczywo luzem a takze regaly w oddali oraz wystrój tej czesci pomieszczenia. Fotografia, fig 15 - uwidacznia regaly i azurowy pojemnik, fig. 16, fig. 17, fig. 18 - przedstawiaja regaly umieszczone równolegle do sciany, fig. 19 - prezentuje szczegól pomieszczenia z regalem naroznym, fig. 20 - fragment ceglanego muru oddzielajacego pomieszczenie od zaplecza, z lukowym sklepieniem ozdobionym warkoczem, przy czym u góry na murze jest umieszczony bukiet kwiatów. Mur oddzielajacy pomieszczenie od zaplecza zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.21, fig.22 i fig.23, przy czym w murze widocznym na fig.22 sa zamontowane wyprofilowane u góry lukowo drzwi, ozdobione wzdluz sklepienia warkoczem. Na fotografii, fig.23 - jest widoczny obrazek o tematyce piekarskiej nawiazujacy do przeznaczenia pomieszczenia. Fotografia, fig.24 - pokazuje fragment pomieszczenia z wneka, w której jest ustawiony stól przeznaczony dla klientów, natomiast fig.25 - prezentuje w zblizeniu stojak na precle ustawiany na chlodniczej ladzie. Pomieszczenie ekspozycyjno-handlowe pieczywa, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wyposazone w kontuar, regaly ekspozycyjne, podswietlana chlodnie, piec i wiele innych elementów. Podloga pomieszczenia jest pokryta plytkami ceramicznymi. Sufit posiada zdobienie w postaci rozmieszczonych w pewnej odleglosci jedna od drugiej belek, wspartych w narozach zebrami. Do belek sa przymocowane lampy oswietleniowe. Usytuowany centralnie wpomieszczeniu kontuar jest zbudowany z polaczonych katowo segmentów, przy czym na polaczeniu tych segmentów w kontuar jest wmontowany pojemnik na drobne pieczywo. Scianki pojemnika sa azurowe, wykonane z listewek. Plyta czolowa kontuaru jest w górnej czesci pionowa zas ponizej scieta ukosnie, zbiezna ku podlodze. Ponizej pionowej czesci i u dolu powierzchnia czolowa kontuaru posiada zdobienie w postaci szlaczków. Szlaczki sa wykonane z ceramicznych plytek. Poszczególne czesci plyty czolowej kontuaru sa oddzielone ozdobna listwa. Dolna czesc powierzchni czolowej kontuaru jest podzielona listwami na czesci, przy czym w kazdej z czesci jest ramka a w niej obrazek o tematyce nawiazujacej do przeznaczenia pomieszczenia. Obrazek stanowia ceramiczne plytki. W jednym ciagu z kontuarem jest ustawiona chlodnicza lada a w niej produkty ciastkarskie. Na ladzie jest ustawiony stojak na precle oraz bibeloty zbiezne tematycznie z przeznaczeniem pomieszczenia. Na ladzie kontuaru sa umieszczone wiklinowe kosze, wypelnione pieczywem. Z tylu kontuaru, przymocowane do sciany, znajduja sie regaly. Regaly sa oswietlone od góry lampami zamontowanymi we wzdluznej listwie, znajdujacej sie nad regalami. Pólki ekspozycyjnych regalów, nachylone ukosnie do podloza sa od czola wyposazone w azurowe scianki. Azurowe scianki maja górna krawedz wyprofilowana lukowo i sa zaopatrzone w szczelinowe otwory o zmieniajacej sie szerokosci. Pomiedzy regalami usytuowanymi równolegle do sciany znajduje sie narozny regal. Pólki tego regalu sa ustawione; rozbieznie po bokach a od czola wyposazone w azurowe scianki, identyczne jak w regalach rozstawionych równolegle do sciany. Pólki w regale naroznym znajduja sie mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci pomiedzy pólkami wzdluznych regalów. Na pólkach naroznego regalu sa ustawione wiklinowe kosze z pieczywem. Korzystnie, na górnej pólce jest umieszczony bukiet kwiatów. Pomiedzyekspozycyjnymi regalami znajduja sie wezsze regaly. Na pólkach tych regalów sa ustawione bibeloty, róznorodne ozdoby o tematyce zbieznej z przeznaczeniem pomieszczenia. Sciany pomieszczenia niezabudowane regalami maja fakture przypominajaca ceglany mur z nieregularnymi krawedziami u góry imitujacymi odpryski tynku. Pomiedzy sala sprzedazy a zapleczem znajduje sie ceglany mur z przejsciem wyprofilowanym u góry lukowo. U góry, na murze jest umieszczony bukiet kwiatów. Lukowe sklepienie muru jest ozdobione warkoczem. Ponadto w murze, pomiedzy sala sprzedazy a zapleczem sa zainstalowane drzwi o lukowo wyprofilowanej górnej krawedzi, ozdobione w górnej czesci warkoczem. Po przeciwnej stronie znajduje sie kacik wykonany z muru ceglanego z lukowo wyprofilowanym sklepieniem. Wewnatrz utworzonej wneki jest zainstalowany piec, zas ponizej znajduja sie ruszty. Na lukowym sklepieniu jest ustawiony bukiet kwiatów. Framugi okien i drzwi pomieszczenia maja zdobienia w postaci warkoczy. The subject of the industrial design is a bakery display and sales area, particularly its décor and functional and decorative elements. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproduction, manifesting itself in shapes, surface properties, design, ornamentation, and decorative elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, illustrating the room in a perspective view viewed from two different perspectives, and in the attached photographs, Fig. 3-Fig. 27, presenting individual, significant details of the room's decor. The photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, depict the room, as shown in the industrial design, viewed from two different perspectives. Photograph 5 shows a counter made of angled segments, at the junction of which is a built-in openwork container for small baked goods. Trays, wicker baskets, and a diverse assortment of baked goods are visible on the counter. Figs. 6 and 7 show close-ups of the counter's design and decoration. Photograph 8 shows a refrigerated counter positioned alongside the counter. Shelves are visible behind the counter, a section of the ceiling with beams and attached lamps is visible at the top, while to the left is a whimsical bouquet of flowers mounted on a wall with a raw brick texture. Photograph 9 shows the room from the front with a counter, refrigerated counter, and rear shelves, with bakery-themed trinkets visible on the refrigerated counter and, next to it, pretzels hanging on a special stand. Photograph 10 shows a corner room enclosed by a brick wall, with a recess and a convex vault. A stove is mounted in the recess, and grates are located below. Photograph 11 shows a detail of the room's wall and ceiling connections, the ceiling's support beams, and the brick wall with stains at the top, resembling water stains. The photo shows a window ornament in the form of a braid. Photograph 12 shows a close-up of the ceiling beams and the lighting attached to them. Photograph 13 shows a detail of two adjacent corner shelves with a corner shelf in the middle, with a bouquet of flowers on the top shelf of the corner shelf and bread baskets below. The photo shows a fragment of the room's ceiling, and below that, the upper slats of the shelves with lamps mounted within them. Fig. 14 shows a detail of the corner of the room from a distance. A small openwork bread bin is visible in the center, along with wicker baskets of bread and loose bread, and shelves in the distance, along with the décor of this part of the room. Photograph 15 shows the shelves and the openwork bread bin; Fig. 16, Fig. 17, and Fig. 18 show shelves placed parallel to the wall; Fig. 19 shows a detail of the room with a corner shelf; Fig. 20 shows a fragment of the brick wall separating the room from the back room, with an arched vault decorated with braid, with a bouquet of flowers placed at the top of the wall. The wall separating the room from the back room is also shown in photographs 21, 22, and 23, with the wall visible in Fig. 22 featuring a door with a profiled arch at the top, decorated with braid along the vault. Photograph 23 shows a bakery-themed image that alludes to the room's purpose. Photograph 24 shows a section of the room with an alcove containing a customer table, while Fig. 25 shows a close-up of a pretzel rack placed on a refrigerated counter. The bakery's display and sales area, in keeping with industrial design, is equipped with a counter, display shelves, a backlit refrigerated cabinet, an oven, and many other elements. The floor is covered with ceramic tiles. The ceiling is decorated with spaced beams supported by ribs at the corners. Lighting fixtures are attached to the beams. The centrally located counter is constructed of angled segments, with a small bread container built into the counter at the junction of these segments. The container's walls are openwork and made of slats. The counter's front panel is vertical at the top, and diagonally cut below, tapering towards the floor. Below the vertical section and at the bottom, the counter's front surface is decorated with ornamental patterns. The patterns are made of ceramic tiles. The individual sections of the counter's front panel are separated by a decorative strip. The lower section of the counter's front surface is divided into sections by strips, each containing a frame with a picture themed after the room's purpose. The picture is made of ceramic tiles. A refrigerated counter with pastries is positioned adjacent to the counter. A pretzel rack and knick-knacks themed after the room's purpose are placed on the counter. Wicker baskets filled with baked goods are placed on the counter. At the back of the counter, attached to the wall, are shelving units. The shelving units are lit from above by lamps mounted in a longitudinal strip above the shelving units. The shelves of the display shelving units, sloping diagonally to the floor, are equipped with mesh panels at the front. The mesh panels have an arched upper edge and are equipped with slotted openings of varying widths. Between the shelves parallel to the wall is a corner shelving unit. The shelves of this unit are arranged; divergent on the sides and equipped with mesh panels at the front, identical to those of the shelves parallel to the wall. The shelves in the corner shelving unit are located approximately midway between the shelves of the longitudinal shelving units. Wicker baskets of bread are arranged on the shelves of a corner shelf. A bouquet of flowers is placed on the top shelf, preferably. Narrower shelves are located between the display shelves. These shelves are filled with trinkets and various decorations themed to reflect the purpose of the room. The walls of the room not covered by shelves have a texture reminiscent of a brick wall, with irregular edges at the top imitating plaster chipping. Between the sales floor and the back room is a brick wall with a passageway profiled with an arch at the top. A bouquet of flowers is placed on the wall. The arched vault of the wall is decorated with braid. Furthermore, a door with an arched upper edge and braided upper section is installed in the wall between the sales floor and the back room. On the opposite side is a corner made of brick wall with an arched vault. Inside the created alcove, an oven is installed, with grates below. A bouquet of flowers is placed on the arched vault. The room's window and door frames are decorated with braided ornaments.
