Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pawilon sprzedazy miesa « i wedlin, szczególnie jego wystrój zewnetrzny i wewnetrzny oraz elementy funkcjonalne a takze zdobnicze. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, rysunku, ornamencie i elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje pawilon w widoku perspektywicznym z zewnatrz, zas fig.2 - w widoku od wewnatrz oraz na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.3-fig. 10 . Fotografie prezentuja poszczególne, istotne szczególy wystroju pomieszczenia z zewnatrz i wewnatrz. Na fotografii, fig.3 - jest widoczny pawilon z zewnatrz z charakterystycznym, ulozonym z surowych desek dachem i przymocowanym do niego szyldem oraz tablicami ponizej. Na fotografii widac przeszklona sciane frontowa pawilonu, okiennice, ozdobne tablice informacyjne rozmieszczone na bocznych sciankach pawilonu, usytuowanych katowo w stosunku do sciany frontowej oraz kwiatoniere u dolu z ozdobna listwa czolowa i zasadzonymi w niej roslinami. Fotografie, fig.4, fig.5 i fig.6 - prezentuja fragment pawilonu wewnatrz. Na fotografiach jest widoczna chlodnicza lada, rozmieszczony do niej pod katem kontuar. Kontuar jest wykonany z desek stylizowanych na surowe drewno. Dolna czesc chlodniczej lady jest pokryta deskami stylizowanymi na surowe drewno. Na fotografiach jest widoczna wylozona ceramicznymi plytkami podloga. Sciany pomieszczenia stanowi czesciowo ceglany mur. Pozostala powierzchnia scian ma fakture przypominajaca stary, wykonany z piaskowca mur. W czesciach sciany stylizowanych na mur z piaskowca sa wykonane pólowalne wneki, zabudowane na obrzezach ozdobnym, ceglanym murem. Do sciany sa przymocowane listwy, wykonane z nieregularnie przycietych desek, wyposazone w haki do zawieszania wedlin. Ponizej tych listew znajduje sie ceglany murek z blatem. Jeden koniec tego murku jest sciety ukosnie. W scietej ukosnie czesci murku jest zamontowana umywalka. Pod umywalka jest wneka zamykana drzwiczkami wykonanymi z drewnianych szczebeleków.Fotografia, fig. 7 - uwidacznia sufit pomieszczenia ozdobiony belkami z ciosanego recznie drewna. Na zdjeciu sa widoczne podwieszone do sufitu lampy, wykonane z metalu i z drewna. Fotografie, fig.8 i fig.9 - ilustruja czesc pomieszczenia ze stanowiskiem o charakterystycznym wystroju. Stanowisko tworza daszek, scianka i lada, wykonane ze stylizowanych na surowe desek. Do scianki sa przymocowane haki na wedliny a obok znajduja sie róznorodne bibeloty i ozdoby. Ozdoby i bibeloty stanowia wianuszki czosnku, wiklinowe tace, kosz z lyka wypelniony klosami zbóz, kamienne naczynia i inne. Na fotografii, fig. 1 0 - zostala przedstawiona ta czesc wewnetrzna pawilonu, która jest przeznaczona dla klientów. W tej czesci znajduje sie stary, stylizowany kredens z naczyniami, ozdobiony szydelkowymi serwetkami. U góry na kredensie stoi dzban z suchymi kwiatami. W witrynie pawilonu jest umieszczona otwarta skrzynia. W skrzyni jest ustawione stylizowane drzewo z gniazdem oraz klosy zbóz i kwiaty. Pawilon sprzedazy miesa i wedlin, zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym jest wolnostojacym budynkiem. Pawilon jest przykryty dachem wykonanym z desek stylizowanych na surowe. Do dachu od frontu jest przymocowany szyld. Sciane frontowa pawilonu zajmuje okno, z okiennicami po bokach. U dolu znajduje sie kwiatoniem z ozdobnymi roslinami. Jej frontowa scianke tworzy ozdobna listwa. Przylegajace do sciany frontowej po obu stronach, boczne scianki sa usytuowane katowo w stosunku do sciany frontowej i wyposazone w ozdobne tablice o charakterze informacyjnym. Pomieszczenie pawilonu wewnatrz jest zaopatrzone w chlodnicza lade, rozmieszczony do niej pod katem kontuar, wykonany zdesek stylizowanych na surowe drewno. Dolna czesc chlodniczej lady jest pokryta deskami takimi samymi jak przylegajacy do niej kontuar. Podloga pomieszczenia jest wylozona plytkami ceramicznymi. Sciany pawilonu stanowi czesciowo ceglany mur. Pozostala powierzchnia scian ma fakture przypominajaca stary, wykonany z piaskowca mur. W czesciach sciany stylizujacych mur z piaskowca znajduja sie pólowalne wneki. Wneki sa zabudowane cegla i ozdobione na obrzezach ceglanym murem. Na pozostalej powierzchni sciany, znajdujacej sie z tylu chlodniczej lady sa przymocowane listwy wykonane z nieregularnych desek, wyposazone w haki do zawieszania wedlin. Ponizej tych listew znajduje sie murek z blatem, przy czym jeden koniec tego muru jest sciety ukosnie. W scietej ukosnie czesci murku znajduje sie wglebienie, w którym jest zamontowana umywalka. Pod umywalka, w murze jest wneka zamykana drzwiczkami wykonanymi z drewnianych szczebelków. Sufit pomieszczenia jest ozdobiony belkami z ciosanego recznie drewna. Do sufitu sa przymocowane lampy, wykonane z drewna i metalu. Do czesci z chlodnicza lada przylega stanowisko o charakterystycznym wystroju. Stanowisko jest wyposazone w daszek, scianki i lade wykonane z surowych desek. Tylna sciana tej czesci pomieszczenia jest zaopatrzona w uchwyty na wedliny. Obok znajduja sie róznorodne bibeloty i ozdoby w postaci wianuszków czosnku, wiklinowych tac, koszyków z lyka, wypelnionych klosami zbóz, kamiennych naczyn i innych. W czesci przeznaczonej dla klientów jest ustawiony stary, stylizowany kredens z naczyniami, ozdobiony szydelkowymi serwetkami. U góry, na kredensie stoi dzban z suchymi kwiatami. The subject of the industrial design is a meat and cold cuts sales pavilion, particularly its exterior and interior design, as well as its functional and decorative elements. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproduction, manifesting itself in the shape, surface properties, design, ornamentation, and decorative elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the pavilion in a perspective view from the outside, and Fig. 2 - in a view from the inside, and in the attached photographs, Fig. 3-Fig. 10. The photographs present individual, significant details of the room's interior and exterior design. Photograph 3 shows the pavilion from the outside, with its characteristic roof made of raw boards and an attached sign and boards below. The photograph shows the pavilion's glass front wall, shutters, decorative information boards arranged on the side walls of the pavilion, positioned at an angle to the front wall, and a flower bed at the bottom with a decorative front molding and plants planted within it. Photographs 4, 5, and 6 show a section of the pavilion's interior. The photographs show a refrigerated counter and a counter placed at an angle to it. The counter is made of boards stylized to look like raw wood. The lower part of the refrigerated counter is covered with boards stylized to look like raw wood. The photographs show a floor lined with ceramic tiles. The walls of the room are partially brick. The remaining wall surface has a texture reminiscent of an old sandstone wall. In the sandstone-style sections of the wall, semi-oval recesses are carved, enclosed around the edges by decorative brickwork. Attached to the wall are slats made of irregularly cut boards, equipped with hooks for hanging cold cuts. Below these slats is a brick wall with a countertop. One end of this wall is cut diagonally. A washbasin is mounted in the diagonally cut part of the wall. Under the washbasin is a recess closed by a door made of wooden rungs. Photograph 7 shows the room's ceiling, decorated with hand-hewn beams. The photo shows lamps made of metal and wood suspended from the ceiling. Photographs 8 and 9 illustrate part of the room with a stand with a characteristic décor. The stand consists of a roof, a wall, and a counter made of rough-style boards. Hooks for cold cuts are attached to the wall, and a variety of trinkets and ornaments are displayed nearby. The ornaments and trinkets include garlic wreaths, wicker trays, a bast basket filled with grain ears, stone vessels, and more. The photograph, Fig. 10, shows the interior section of the pavilion intended for customers. This section features an old, stylized sideboard with dishes, decorated with crocheted napkins. A jug of dried flowers sits on top of the sideboard. An open chest is placed in the pavilion's display case. Inside the chest is a stylized tree with a nest, grain ears, and flowers. The meat and cold cuts sales pavilion, in keeping with the industrial design, is a freestanding building. The pavilion is covered with a roof made of rough-style planks. A sign is attached to the front roof. The front wall of the pavilion is occupied by a window with shutters on the sides. At the bottom is a flowerbed with ornamental plants. Its front wall is formed by a decorative molding. Adjacent to the front wall on both sides, the side walls are angled to the front wall and equipped with decorative information boards. The interior of the pavilion is equipped with a refrigerated counter and a counter placed at an angle, made of rough-style planks. The lower part of the refrigerated counter is covered with planks identical to the adjacent counter. The floor is covered with ceramic tiles. The walls of the pavilion are partially brick. The remaining wall surface has a texture reminiscent of an old sandstone wall. The sections of the wall that resemble the sandstone wall feature semi-oval recesses. The recesses are lined with brick and decorated with brickwork at the edges. The remaining wall, located behind the refrigerated counter, features slats made of irregular boards, equipped with hooks for hanging cold cuts. Below these slats is a wall with a countertop, with one end of this wall cut diagonally. A recess in the diagonally cut section of the wall houses a sink. Below the sink, in the wall, is a recess closed by a door made of wooden slats. The ceiling is decorated with hand-hewn beams. Lamps made of wood and metal are attached to the ceiling. Adjacent to the refrigerated counter is a stand with a distinctive design. The stand is equipped with a roof, walls, and a counter made of untreated boards. The rear wall of this part of the room is equipped with cold cuts holders. Beside it are various trinkets and decorations in the form of garlic wreaths, wicker trays, bast baskets filled with grain ears, stone vessels, and more. In the customer area, an old, stylized sideboard with dishes is set, decorated with crocheted napkins. A jug of dried flowers sits on top of the sideboard.
