Description
Przy rozpatry¬ waniu przekroju szczeliny, w ten sposób zatkanej, latwo odróznic cienka, pomie¬ dzy cementem i sciankami szczeliny, warstewke odczynników wprowadzonych pierwotnie. PLThe present invention relates to the impermeability of the fractured water-borne layers by means of cement and aims to provide a method of closing fissures or cavities into which cement has not been able to be inserted by the present methods. This is the case, for example, with very fine fissures or those containing silicate, clay or sand, the latter two of which act as filters to prevent penetration into the cement gaps. It is common knowledge that when dealing with scales, porous, pores, and in many cases, even fine gaps in these scales, can be sealed by separately injecting into them solutions of substances, such as, for example, commercial sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate, which interact with each other in the soil in such a way that a gelatinous or colloidal deposit is formed. The present invention proceeds from the remarked fact that, upon injection of said jelly-like material into gaps which do not normally accept cement, the tenze may easily be injected into them. from the essence of the invention, colloidal material serves not to seal gaps, but only to make the latter susceptible to cement absorption. In the course of cementing the joints of the aquifer, we encounter areas where the cement cannot be injected, and we inject the indicated gelatinous mass into them. The most practical interface for this purpose is to use a ready-made mixture of suitable chemical solutions, that is, a liquid, which has suspended already formed gelatinous or colloidal precipitate. The introduction of this sludge continues until the pressure-indicating mechanism at the pump shows an increase in pressure, deteriorating the closure of the fissures in the rock, and then we inject again, as is usual, cement milk. When considering the cross-section of the fracture, thus clogged, it is easy to distinguish a thin, between the cement and the walls of the fracture, a layer of reagents introduced originally. It causes the frictional resistance of the fracture walls to the penetration of cement into them, and in the case of larger gaps containing sand, silicon or clay, the transfer between sand or clay particles, thus protecting them from the accumulation of a solid mass on them on the other hand, the light consistency of said colloidal material does not constitute any obstacle to subsequent penetration into the cement joints.
