Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór na ciastku pozwalajacy odróznic produkty zglaszajacego od wyrobów innych producentów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek pierwszej odmiany wzoru na ciastku, fig. 2 - rysunek drugiej odmiany wzoru na ciastku, fig. 3 - rysunek trzeciej odmiany wzoru na ciastku, fig. 4 -material ilustracyjny pierwszej odmiany wzoru na ciastku wraz z ciastkiem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru ciastka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Wzór ciastka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w pierwszej odmianie wykonania na ciastku, o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, centralnie umieszczony jest, wykonany podwójna linia, stylizowany napis LU otoczony linia tworzaca ramke. Ramka z jednej strony jest wezsza i do okolo 1/3 obwodu otoczona jest malymi elipsami imitujacymi klos, przy czym elipsa na wierzcholku jest najwieksza, której dluzsza srednica jest zblizona do wysokosci napisu. Od wierzcholkowej najwiekszej elipsy, w miare rozszerzania sie ramki elipsy zmniejszaja swoja srednice do podstawy klosa. Ramka z drugiej krancowej strony posiada szerokosc zblizona do wysokosci napisu. Ponadto, pomiedzy krawedziami zewnetrznymi górnymi i dolnymi ciastka a umieszczonym centralnie wzorem, na ciastku umieszczony jest rysunek elipsy, której krawedzie boczne pokrywaja sie z krawedziami zewnetrznymi bocznymi ciastka. W drugiej odmianie wykonania wzór utworzony jest z ramki przypominajacej zawiniety róg, z malymi elipsami imitujacymi klos umieszczonymi do okolo 1/3 obwodu. Z jednej strony ramka jest wezsza i rozszerza sie ku krancowi przeciwleglemu, gdzie jego szerokosc jest zblizona do dluzszej srednicy najwiekszej elipsy klosa. Elipsy wierzcholkowe sa najwieksze a w miare zblizania sie ku podstawie klosa elipsy zmniejszaja sie.W trzeciej odmianie wykonania wzór utworzony jest z ramki przypominajacej zawiniety róg, z malymi elipsami imitujacymi klos umieszczonymi do okolo 1/3 obwodu z centralnie umieszczonym stylizowanym napisem LU wykonanym podwójna linia. Z jednej strony ramka jest waska i rozszerza sie ku krancowi przeciwleglemu, gdzie jego szerokosc jest zblizona do dluzszej srednicy najwiekszej elipsy klosa. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the first variant of the design on the cookie; Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the second variant of the design on the cookie; Fig. 3 shows a drawing of the third variant of the design on the cookie; and Fig. 4 shows an illustrative material of the first variant of the design on the cookie, along with the cookie itself. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cookie design, manifested in its shape. The cookie design is characterized by the fact that in the first variant, the cookie, which is roughly ellipsoidal, features a centrally placed double-line stylized inscription "LU" surrounded by a line forming a frame. The frame on one side is narrower and is surrounded by small ellipses imitating a grain of wheat to approximately one-third of its circumference. The ellipse at the top is the largest, with its longer diameter approximately equal to the height of the inscription. From the largest ellipse at the top, as the frame expands, the ellipses decrease in diameter to the base of the grain of wheat. The frame on the other extreme side has a width approximately equal to the height of the inscription. Furthermore, between the outer top and bottom edges of the biscuit and the centrally placed pattern, the biscuit features an ellipse design, the lateral edges of which align with the outer lateral edges of the biscuit. In the second variant, the pattern consists of a frame resembling a rolled-up corner, with small ellipses imitating a grain of wheat placed approximately one-third of its circumference. On one side, the frame is narrower and widens towards the opposite end, where its width is similar to the longer diameter of the largest ellipse of the ear. The apical ellipses are the largest, and as they approach the base of the ear, the ellipses decrease. In the third variant, the pattern is created with a frame resembling a curled horn, with small ellipses imitating a ear, placed to about one-third of the circumference, with a centrally placed stylized double-lined LU inscription. On one side, the frame is narrow and widens towards the opposite end, where its width is similar to the longer diameter of the largest ellipse of the ear.
