Cukiernica ma korpus u dolu zakonczony stopka, który ma ksztalt kulisty i jest u góry sciety plaszczyzna ukosna w stosunku do podstawy. Pokrywa cukiernicy ma ksztalt zblizony do sklaniajacego sie w bok, wysokiego stozka. W górnej wypuklej czesci pokrywy znajduje sie przelotowy, owalny otwór. Filizanka ma korpus u dolu zakonczony stopka, który w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt kulisty, a w górnej czesci nieznacznie sie rozszerza. Do korpusu mocowane jest jednostronnie ucho, które odchodzi lukiem od korpusu. Ucho w czesci górnej ma przekrój owalny, a ku dolowi splaszcza sie.Spodek ma okragle lustro z zaglebieniem na filizanke i lekko uniesione skrzydlo wyznaczone przez okrag, który z jednej strony przechodzi w trójkat. Podgrzewacz ma korpus w ksztalcie zamknietego od dolu wypuklego pierscienia, który jest pochylony w bok. Korpus u góry zakonczony jest kolnierzem o róznej wysokosci, przy czym wysokosc ta jest najwieksza po stronie najdalszego wychylenia korpusu. Kolnierz od wewnatrz posiada wypust. The industrial design registration right is valid from July 24, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a coffee set, consisting of: a teapot with a lid, a jug, a sugar bowl with a lid, cups, saucers, dessert plates, and a warmer. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The coffee set is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the teapot with a lid in a side view, fig. 2 shows the jug in a side view, fig. 3 shows the sugar bowl with a lid in a side view, fig. 4 shows the cup in a side view, fig. 5 shows the saucer in a top view, fig. 6 shows the dessert plate in a top view, and fig. 7 shows the heater in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design: The teapot has a body terminated at the bottom with a foot, which is spherical in the lower and middle sections, and narrows and slopes laterally at the top, merging into a high, arched spout. The top of the spout, descending in a gentle curve, reaches an oval opening in the body, covered by a lid, situated diagonally to the base. Attached to the body below the oval opening is a long handle, which extends from the body in an arc and reaches the base. The handle has an oval cross-section at the top, flattening towards the bottom. The cover is oval. An asymmetrical oval opening is located in the upper surface of the cover. The jug has a body ending in a foot at the bottom, which is spherical in the lower and middle sections, and narrows at the top and slopes sideways, merging into a raised, arched spout. The top of the spout slopes gently downward to an oval opening in the body, situated at an angle to the base. The sugar bowl has a body ending in a foot at the bottom, which is spherical in shape and cut at the top at an angle to the base. The sugar bowl's lid is shaped like a tall, sideways-sloping cone. In the upper, convex part of the lid, there is a through-hole, oval opening. The cup has a body ending in a foot at the bottom, which is spherical in shape at the bottom and slightly widens at the top. A handle is attached to the body on one side, extending in an arc from the body. The handle is oval at the top and flattens towards the bottom. The saucer has a round mirror with a recess for a cup and a slightly raised wing defined by a circle that merges into a triangle on one side. The body of the tealight is shaped like a convex ring closed at the bottom, tilted laterally. The body is terminated at the top with a flange of varying heights, the highest on the side where the body extends furthest. The flange has a projection on the inside.
